Die wichtigste ist nat\u00fcrlich S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel! Als N\u00e4chstes habe ich Reismehl, Tapiokamehl\/St\u00e4rke, Salz und Backpulver hinzugef\u00fcgt. Und das war&#8217;s schon! Ich wollte dieses Rezept unbedingt so einfach wie m\u00f6glich halten. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass du Weizenmehl anstelle von Reismehl verwenden kannst, sofern du dich nicht glutenfrei ern\u00e4hrst (ich habe es jedoch nicht ausprobiert). Alles, was du brauchst, ist, eine Tasse S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelp\u00fcree (235 g), zwei verschiedene Mehle, Backpulver, Salz, ein Backblech und Backpapier. Nat\u00fcrlich ben\u00f6tigst du auch einen Ofen und deine Lieblings-Pizza-Toppings. Du musst den Pizzaboden 10 Minuten im Ofen vorbacken, dann nach Belieben belegen und erneut 10-18 Minuten backen. Ich w\u00fcrde empfehlen, kleinere Pizzen zuzubereiten (z. B. 2 kleinere Pizzen aus einem Teig). Den Pizzateig einfach 10 Minuten vorbacken, abk\u00fchlen lassen und den Pizzaboden in einen Gefrierbeutel geben. Bis zu 3 Monate einfrieren. Sobald du Pizza essen m\u00f6chtest, nimmst du den Pizzaboden aus dem Gefrierschrank und b\u00e4ckst ihn 10 Minuten lang im Ofen.
