Das Gem\u00fcse wird normalerweise in recht viel \u00d6l gebraten. Ich bevorzuge es jedoch, nicht zu viel \u00d6l zu benutzen. Daher habe ich stattdessen ein wenig Rotwein verwendet, was das vegane Ratatouille meiner Meinung nach noch leckerer macht! Die Ratatouille-Zutaten, die ich verwendet habe, sind Auberginen, Zucchini, Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Pfeffer. Au\u00dferdem habe ich verschiedene Gew\u00fcrze hinzugef\u00fcgt, um das Ratatouille etwas pikant und sehr aromatisch zu machen. Ich mag keine langweiligen\/faden Gerichte, deswegen w\u00fcrze ich sie immer gerne und gut. Neben Gem\u00fcse und Gew\u00fcrzen habe ich auch Rotwein (du kannst stattdessen Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche verwenden), etwas Tomatenmark und Balsamico-Essig hinzugef\u00fcgt. Und das ist so ziemlich alles. Ich bevorzuge etwa 3 cm gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke\/W\u00fcrfel, aber du kannst das Gem\u00fcse kleiner schneiden, wenn du m\u00f6chtest. Je kleiner du das Gem\u00fcse schneidest, desto schneller wird es gar. Nachdem du das Gem\u00fcse klein geschnitten hast, solltest du das \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Sie kannst Oliven\u00f6l oder jedes andere Pflanzen\u00f6l deiner Wahl verwenden. Ein Essl\u00f6ffel reicht meiner Meinung nach. Brate zuerst die Zwiebel bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 4-5 Minuten an oder bis sie leicht gebr\u00e4unt ist.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcge dann die Aubergine hinzu und brate sie f\u00fcr 8-10 Minuten oder bis sie weich ist (ich habe den Rotwein und alle Gew\u00fcrze nach ein paar Minuten hinzugef\u00fcgt). Zum Schluss das andere Gem\u00fcse dazugeben und alles f\u00fcr weitere 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Ich mag es, wenn das Gem\u00fcse nicht zu weich ist, aber wenn du es lieber weich magst, kannst du es noch ein paar Minuten l\u00e4nger k\u00f6cheln lassen. Zum Schluss den Balsamico-Essig und das Tomatenmark hinzuf\u00fcgen. Was ist ein Tian? Es ist im Grunde das gleiche Gericht, das Gem\u00fcse wird jedoch mit einer Mandoline d\u00fcnn geschnitten, in einer Auflaufform geschichtet und dann im Ofen gekocht.
