Ich liebe die nat\u00fcrliche gr\u00fcne Farbe, die so lebendig und satt ist! Das Geheimnis? Spinat! Ich habe meine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/spinat-tortillas-rezept-glutenfrei-vegan\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Lieblings-Spinat-Tortillas<\/strong><\/a> gemacht, die ich so sehr liebe. Die Spinat-Tortillas sind viel ges\u00fcnder als Tortillas aus dem Supermarkt. Denn sie sind nicht nur glutenfrei, sondern auch pflanzlich und eiwei\u00dfreich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kein Weizen, kein Mais, kein Gluten<\/strong>, nur zwei verschiedene Mehle (Kichererbsenmehl und Tapiokamehl), Wasser, Spinat und Salz. Das war&#8217;s schon! Keine k\u00fcnstlichen Farbstoffe, keine Konservierungsstoffe oder andere fragw\u00fcrdige Inhaltsstoffe. Wenn du jedoch keine Zeit hast eigene Tortillas herzustellen, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch gekaufte Tortillas verwenden. Diese gebackenen Tacos sind mit einfachen Zutaten gef\u00fcllt. Ich wollte es wirklich einfach halten und habe daher nur Kidneybohnen (du kannst stattdessen schwarze Bohnen oder Kichererbsen benutzen), Paprika (Farbe nach Wahl), Pilze (aus der Dose oder frisch), Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Reis und verschiedene Gew\u00fcrze verwendet. Und das war&#8217;s schon!<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du dieses Rezept getreidefrei machen m\u00f6chtest, dann benutze einfach Quinoa anstelle von Reis. Wenn du keine Paprika oder Pilze magst, verwende einfach Gem\u00fcse\/Zutaten deiner Wahl. Einige Beispiele w\u00e4ren Zucchini, Aubergine, S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel, Tomaten, Mais usw.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich konnte ich nicht widerstehen, meine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>vegane K\u00e4seso\u00dfe<\/strong><\/a> zu benutzen. Schlie\u00dflich ist veganer K\u00e4se ein Muss f\u00fcr leckere gebackene Tacos ist, findest du nicht auch? Alles, was du brauchst, sind Tortillas (entweder selbstgemachte oder gekaufte) und die herzhafte F\u00fcllung. Die Zubereitung der F\u00fcllung dauert <strong>lediglich 10 Minuten<\/strong>. Du musst nur alle Zutaten in einer Pfanne braten und ca. 2 Essl\u00f6ffel der F\u00fcllung auf eine Tortilla geben. Darauf kommt der vegane K\u00e4se und dann klappst du die andere Seite der Tortilla \u00fcber die F\u00fcllung. Am besten schaust du dir die Bilder weiter oben an, um zu sehen, wie einfach es ist!<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst Reste der F\u00fcllung in einer Pfanne am n\u00e4chsten Tag wieder erw\u00e4rmen. Die Reismischung bleibt zugedeckt bis zu <strong>3-4 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank<\/strong> frisch oder einige Monate im Gefrierfach. Du kannst die Tortillas (in Frischhaltebeuteln) auch im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren oder sogar einfrieren (in Gefrierbeuteln). Die Tortillas trocknen im K\u00fchlschrank trotzdem etwas aus. Du musst einfach die Tortillas einzeln in eine hei\u00dfe Pfanne geben (20 Sekunden pro Seite), bis sie wieder warm und geschmeidig sind.<\/p>\n<h2>Tacos aus der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse<\/h2>\n<p>Den Korb leicht mit \u00d6l bespr\u00fchen, dann eine einzelne Lage Tacos in den Korb legen, mit etwas Abstand dazwischen, und bei 200C 4-6 Minuten lang knusprig &#8222;frittieren&#8220;. Normalerweise essen Kinder nicht gerne Spinat (zumindest habe ich als kleines Kind nicht wirklich gerne viel Spinat gegessen). Du kannst diese selbstgemachten Tortillas mit viel Spinat herstellen und das Tolle ist, dass der Spinat in den Tortillas relativ <strong>geschmacklos<\/strong> ist! Normalerweise esse ich zum Mittagessen einen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-salat-kichererbsen-buddha-bowl\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>riesigen bunten Salat<\/strong><\/a>, aber manchmal bin ich sehr hungrig und mache diese mexikanisch-inspirierten Tacos dazu. Du kannst gro\u00dfe oder kleine gebackene Tacos machen (abh\u00e4ngig von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Tortillas).
