Dieses vegane Tikka Masala ist sehr einfach zuzubereiten, entweder in einem <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2WVYLE0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Schnellkochtopf (Multikocher)<\/strong><\/a> oder auf dem Herd. Ich habe k\u00fcrzlich einen Schnellkochtopf (Instant Pot) erhalten und dies war tats\u00e4chlich das allererste Rezept, das ich darin gemacht habe.<\/p>\n<p>Ich liebe meinen Multikocher und kann es kaum erwarten, weitere Rezepte darin zu machen. Aber mache dir keine Sorgen, wenn du keinen Multikocher bzw. einen Schnellkochtopf besitzt. Du kannst mein indisches veganes H\u00e4hnchen Curry Rezept auch <strong>in einem normalen Topf auf dem Herd<\/strong> zubereiten! Es schmeckt aber auch hervorragend mit Naan-Brot. Du kannst es sogar mit Kartoffeln oder Quinoa servieren. Ich wette es schmeckt auch mit Pasta toll, hihi. Reis ist wahrscheinlich die beliebteste indische Beilage und meiner Meinung nach auch die beste. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich Fleischalternativen sehr selten benutze, nur ein paar Mal pro Jahr. Aber diese Art von Fleischersatz ist ideal f\u00fcr Menschen, die auf eine vegane Ern\u00e4hrung umsteigen wollen und dennoch die Textur von Fleisch vermissen. Meines Erachtens ist es also kein Problem, diese pflanzliche Fleischalternative hin und wieder zu verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du Soja nicht verwenden m\u00f6chtest oder kannst (aufgrund einer Allergie), kein Problem! Du kannst stattdessen auch <strong>Kichererbsen<\/strong> nehmen! Kichererbsen sind eine weitere tolle Quelle f\u00fcr pflanzliches Eiwei\u00df und sie schmecken hervorragend!<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst mein veganes indisches H\u00e4hnchen Curry Rezept mit Cashewmilch oder einer anderen pflanzlichen Milch herstellen. Zuerst die Paprikaschote, den Knoblauch und den frischen Ingwer klein schneiden. Dann alle \u00fcbrigen Zutaten abmessen. Es ist wichtig, dass du alle Zutaten vorbereitet hast, bevor du den Schnellkochtopf einschaltest.<\/p>\n<p>Beginne, indem du den frischen Ingwer, den Knoblauch und die Paprika in etwas \u00d6l anbr\u00e4tst. Du kannst auch vegane Butter verwenden, wenn du den buttrigen Geschmack der fleischfreien &#8222;H\u00fchnersauce&#8220; bevorzugst.<\/p>\n<p>Danach alle Gew\u00fcrze, die Passata und die Sojaschnetzel hinzugeben, den Schnellkochtopf schlie\u00dfen und 10 Minuten kochen lassen.
