Ich mache ja sehr gerne Rezepte mit <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kichererbsen-curry-veganes-rezept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Reis<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-kartoffelauflauf-glutenfrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kartoffeln<\/strong><\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-nudelauflauf-glutenfrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Pasta<\/strong><\/a>. Quinoa wird, meiner Meinung nach, jedoch viel zu selten in Rezepten verwendet, dabei ist dieses Pseudogetreide sehr gesund, lecker und proteinreich.<\/p>\n<p>Desweiteren ist Quinoa, wie schon bereits angedeutet, ein Pseudogetreide, was bedeutet, dass es kein richtiges Getreide ist. Demzufolge ist Quinoa auch <strong>glutenfrei<\/strong> und kann daher problemlos von Menschen, die unter Z\u00f6liakie leiden, gegessen werden. Ich finde es besonders toll, dass Quinoa reichlich gesundes, pflanzliches Protein enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Da ich Aufl\u00e4ufe sehr gerne mag, dachte ich mir, ich mache einfach einen <strong>Brokkoli Quinoa Auflauf mit veganem K\u00e4se<\/strong>. Dieses herzhafte <span class=\"st\">Souffl\u00e9 <\/span>ist in weniger als 45 Minuten zubereitet und schmeckt einfach herrlich. Gerade abends, wenn man es sich vor dem Fernseher gem\u00fctlich machen m\u00f6chte, gibt es doch nichts Besseres als so einen leckeren Auflauf zu genie\u00dfen. Falls du also gerade kein Quinoa zu Hause hast oder dir Quinoa nicht schmeckt, kein Problem! Du kannst einfach Reis kochen und diesen dann anstelle von Quinoa im Rezept verwenden. Das Gratin schmeckt mit Reis n\u00e4mlich ebenfalls fantastisch! Dieses cremige Gratin (Souffl\u00e9) eignet sich perfekt als Abendessen, insbesondere am Wochenende. #vegan #glutenfrei #brokkoli #quinoa #auflauf | elavegan.com\/de\" \/>Weitere Zutaten f\u00fcr den Brokkoli Auflauf<\/h2>\n<p>Anstelle von Cheddar K\u00e4se, habe ich <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>meine selbstgemachte vegane K\u00e4sesauce<\/strong><\/a> verwendet, weil die Zubereitung nur 3 Minuten dauert. Du kannst aber selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch gekauften K\u00e4se aus dem Supermarkt nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Diesen Brokkoli Auflauf kannst du mit jeder beliebigen Pflanzenmilch zubereiten. Z.B. kannst du <strong>Mandelmilch, Hafermilch, Reismilch, Kokosmilch<\/strong> usw verwenden, je nach Geschmack. Je h\u00f6her der Fettgehalt der Milch ist, desto besser schmeckt das herzhafte Brokkoli <span class=\"st\">Souffl\u00e9!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich habe ich noch <strong>Kichererbsen<\/strong> hinzugef\u00fcgt, weil sie ebenfalls eine sehr gute pflanzliche Proteinquelle sind und sehr lecker schmecken!<\/p>\n<p>Obendrauf kamen noch selbstgemachte &#8222;<strong>Semmelbr\u00f6sel<\/strong>&#8220; aus Haferflocken, Hefeflocken und ein paar Gew\u00fcrzen, die das Gratin noch k\u00f6stlicher machen.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5160 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/broccoli-cheese-casserole-with-quinoa-vegan.jpg\" alt=\"Einfacher Brokkoli Auflauf mit Quinoa und K\u00e4se (vegan)\" width=\"768\" height=\"943\" data-pin-description=\"Gesunder Brokkoli Quinoa Auflauf, der vegan, glutenfrei, getreidefrei und einfach zu machen ist. Zuerst bereitest du das Quinoa vor, indem du es unter flie\u00dfendem Wasser ca eine Minute lang absp\u00fclst. Dann kochst du das Quinoa in Salzwasser oder in Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche f\u00fcr etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten. W\u00e4hrenddessen kannst du schon den Brokkoli im Ofen garen.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald sowohl das Quinoa, als auch der Brokkoli fertig sind, vermischst du das Quinoa mit Pflanzenmilch, Kichererbsen, der H\u00e4lfte vom veganem K\u00e4se und Gew\u00fcrzen. Danach kommt die Quinoa Mischung in eine gefettete Auflaufform und obendrauf machst du den Brokkoli.
