Ich war schon immer ein &#8222;K\u00e4sefanatiker&#8220; und habe in der Vergangenheit (bevor ich vegan wurde) gerne vegetarische Quesadillas gegessen. Aufh\u00f6ren K\u00e4se zu essen war wirklich hart f\u00fcr mich, aber nachdem ich im September 2011 (vor 7 1\/2 Jahren!) vegan wurde, musste ich nach Alternativen suchen. Es dauerte nicht lange, bis ich in der K\u00fcche experimentierte.<\/p>\n<p>Ich \u00fcberlegte, &#8222;wie kann ich veganen K\u00e4se herstellen?&#8220; und habe schlie\u00dflich verschiedene Rezepte kreiert, die mir gefielen. Mein Favorit ist meine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>einfache vegane K\u00e4seso\u00dfe<\/strong><\/a>, die sowohl ich \u00fcber alles liebe, als auch viele meiner Freunde, meine Familie, Instagram-Follower und Blog-Leser! Nachdem ich das K\u00e4se-Rezept perfektioniert hatte, konnte ich endlich wieder Quesadillas genie\u00dfen! Und heute m\u00f6chte ich ein neues Quesadillas-Rezept mit dir teilen. Sie enthalten <strong>Spinat, Aubergine, veganen K\u00e4se und verschiedene Gew\u00fcrze<\/strong>. Du fragst dich vielleicht, warum ich Aubergine hinzugef\u00fcgt habe. Nun, ich liebe es wirklich sehr, mit Auberginen zu kochen, weil ich die Textur und den Geschmack von gebratenen Auberginen sehr mag. Mit den richtigen Gew\u00fcrzen abgeschmeckt, passt Aubergine gut zu allen pikanten Gerichten.<\/p>\n<p>Aubergine ist auch der Hauptbestandteil von meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kichererbsen-curry-veganes-rezept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kichererbsencurry<\/strong><\/a>. Ich bevorzuge es meine eigenen Tortillas aus Kichererbsenmehl und Tapiokamehl zu machen. Sie gelingen immer und schmecken sehr lecker. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind sie glutenfrei und daher eine gute Alternative zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Weizentortillas. Ich mag sie besonders, weil sie biegsam und perfekt f\u00fcr alle Arten von Quesadilla-Rezepten sind. Ich w\u00fcrde empfehlen, den Spinat erst hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, sobald du die Auberginenf\u00fcllung in der Pfanne wieder erhitzt.
