Die meisten nicht-veganen wei\u00dfen Cremesuppen enthalten sehr viel Sahne und\/oder Frischk\u00e4se, was sie meiner Meinung nach ziemlich ungesund macht. Du wirst diese Zutaten in meiner cremigen Nudelsuppe jedoch nicht finden. Gem\u00fcse ist wichtig f\u00fcr unsere Gesundheit und wir sollten nicht vergessen, abwechslungsreiches Gem\u00fcse in unseren Speiseplan einzubauen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verleiht es dieser wei\u00dfen Cremesuppe einen wundervollen Geschmack.<\/p>\n<p>Viele Kinder essen nicht gerne Gem\u00fcse (was ich verstehen kann, da ich die meisten Gem\u00fcsesorten als Kind auch nicht mochte), aber in Kombination mit dieser cremigen Suppe schmeckt man das Gem\u00fcse nicht wirklich heraus! Du k\u00f6nntest auch dein Lieblingsgem\u00fcse verwenden, z. B. Zucchini oder Blumenkohl. Im Prinzip passt jede Form, ich habe diese wellige Pasta verwendet, da sie mich an Lasagnebl\u00e4tter erinnert! Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch Lasagnebl\u00e4tter verwenden, wenn du m\u00f6chtest. Ich bin der Meinung, dass auch Tortellini super passen k\u00f6nnten und sehr lecker in dieser Suppe w\u00e4ren!<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du nicht der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Fan von Pasta bist, kannst du diese cremige Suppe auch mit Gnocchi zubereiten. Die Bohnen tragen nicht nur zu einer wundervollen Cremigkeit bei, sie enthalten auch <strong>gesundes Protein auf pflanzlicher Basis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du diese vegane Suppe nussfrei machen m\u00f6chtest, dann verwende einfach <strong>gesch\u00e4lte Hanfsamen<\/strong>! Ich habe diese Suppe in verschiedenen Versionen zubereitet, als ich das Rezept kreiert habe, und habe beim ersten Versuch Hanfsamen benutzt. Hanfsamen enthalten weniger Fett als Cashewn\u00fcsse, sie enthalten wichtige Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren und sind au\u00dferdem nussfrei. Sie sind also eine wirklich gute Alternative zu Cashews. Beides ist aber sehr lecker!<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du keinen leistungsstarken Mixer hast und die Cashews bei dir nie wirklich cremig werden beim P\u00fcrieren, habe ich einen Trick f\u00fcr dich: Verwende einfach Cashewmus anstelle von Cashews. Es dauert insgesamt <strong>weniger als 30 Minuten<\/strong>, um dieses leckere Rezept herzustellen. Beim Wiederaufw\u00e4rmen der Suppe auf dem Herd muss mehr Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche oder Pflanzenmilch hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Die Suppe sollte sich auch gut einfrieren lassen. Ich empfehle, die Suppe in Gefrierbeuteln zu portionieren.
