Du kannst auch milchfreie Schoko Chips in den Teig machen oder die Pfannkuchen nur mit Obst servieren, um sie noch ges\u00fcnder zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Manche Menschen denken, dass Pfannkuchen viel Fett, Zucker und Kalorien enthalten. Dieses Rezept enth\u00e4lt nur 3 Hauptzutaten und ist au\u00dferdem sehr einfach zuzubereiten. Die Gesamtzeit f\u00fcr dieses vegane Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck betr\u00e4gt ca. 20 Minuten. Es funktioniert einwandfrei und ist auch billiger als gekauftes Hafermehl. Wenn du unter Z\u00f6liakie leidest, solltest du glutenfreie Haferflocken\/Hafermehl verwenden. \u00dcberpr\u00fcfe die Rezept-Anmerkungen unten f\u00fcr einen Haferersatz!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pflanzenmilch:<\/strong> Ich bevorzuge Kokosmilch light aus der Dose. Du kannst jedoch auch jede andere Milch auf pflanzlicher Basis und zus\u00e4tzlich ein Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Banane:<\/strong> Wenn du keine Bananen essen darfst (oder den Geschmack nicht magst), w\u00fcrde ich empfehlen, Apfelmus zu verwenden. Ich habe es noch nicht getestet, aber es sollte gut funktionieren. 2 Leinsamen &#8222;Eier&#8220; (2 EL gemahlene Leinsamen, gemischt mit 5 EL Wasser) oder Chia Eier sollten ebenfalls funktionieren, aber die Pfannkuchen sind dann weniger s\u00fc\u00df.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst auch Ahornsirup (oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel) hinzuf\u00fcgen, um die Pfannkuchen s\u00fc\u00dfer zu machen (oder sp\u00e4ter auf den fertigen Pancake Turm tr\u00e4ufeln). Haferflocken schmecken sehr lecker, sie sind gesund, enthalten viele <strong>Ballaststoffe, Protein, Magnesium und au\u00dferdem Mangan<\/strong>. Sie enthalten zudem viel Phosphor, Selen, Zink und Vitamin B1.<\/p>\n<p>Haferflocken enthalten ebenfalls einen l\u00f6slichen Ballaststoff namens Beta-Glucan. Sie tragen zur Aufrechterhaltung eines normalen Cholesterinspiegels im Blut bei. Beta-Glucane aus Hafer helfen, dass der Blutzuckerspiegel nach der Mahlzeit weniger stark ansteigt.<\/p>\n<p>Haferflocken sind zudem sehr preiswert. Am besten mit einem Schneebesen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FOTO 5:<\/strong> Ich benutze einen geh\u00e4uften Eisportionierer f\u00fcr einen kleinen\/mittelgro\u00dfen Pfannkuchen.
