Am besten eignen sich Medjool-Datteln. Wenn die Datteln ein wenig trocken sind, solltest du sie in kochendem Wasser einweichen, bis sie weich sind. Du kannst auch andere saftige Trockenfr\u00fcchte verwenden, z. B. Feigen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanille:<\/strong> Verwende nat\u00fcrliches Vanilleextrakt oder Vanillepaste, um den besten Geschmack zu erzielen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leinsamen:<\/strong> Goldene oder braune Leinsamen. Ich kaufe ganze Samen, um sie zu Hause zu mahlen, aber du kannst auch 65 g gemahlene Leinsamen verwenden (achte darauf, dass sie frisch sind, damit sie nicht bitter riechen oder schmecken). Sie sollten nicht ent\u00f6lt sein. Chiasamen funktionieren wahrscheinlich auch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kakaopulver:<\/strong> Verwende unges\u00fc\u00dftes Kakaopulver.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Erdnussbutter (PB2)<\/strong> oder verwende fein gemahlene Mandeln (oder Sonnenblumenkerne).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Nur eine Prise zur Verst\u00e4rkung des Schokoladengeschmacks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Karamell-Schicht<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> F\u00fcr ein besonders reichhaltiges Karamell sollte Vollfett-Kokosmilch aus der Dose verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Agavendicksaft, Reissirup oder Dattelsirup.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rohrzucker:<\/strong> Schon eine kleine Menge verbessert den Gesamtgeschmack des Karamells (brauner Zucker funktioniert auch). Auf Wunsch kannst du auch mit Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker experimentieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erdnussbutter:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes Nuss-\/Kernmus (wie Mandel-, Cashew- oder Sonnenblumenkernmus).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> F\u00fcr ausgepr\u00e4gtere Salted Caramel Brownies, empfehle ich mehr als eine Prise hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Schokoladen-Schicht<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schokolade:<\/strong> Verwende deine bevorzugte <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/schokolade-selber-machen\/\"><strong>vegane Schokolade<\/strong><\/a> (Riegel oder Drops). Das kann ein paar Minuten dauern. Wenn der Teig noch zu trocken ist, einfach mehr Datteln oder etwas Ahornsirup hinzugeben.<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend eine quadratische 15 cm-Backform (bei einer quadratischen 20- oder 23 cm-Backform das Rezept verdoppeln) mit leicht gefettetem Backpapier auslegen, wobei an beiden Seiten ein \u00dcberstand von 5 cm verbleiben sollte. Den Teig in die vorbereitete Backform geben und zu einer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Schicht andr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Karamell-Schicht<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Karamell-Zutaten in einen Topf geben und zum Kochen bringen, dann sofort auf ein K\u00f6cheln reduzieren und 10-15 Minuten lang unter h\u00e4ufigem R\u00fchren k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Masse eindickt.<\/li>\n<li>Die Karamellso\u00dfe \u00fcber die Brownie-Schicht gie\u00dfen und f\u00fcr 30 Minuten in den Gefrierschrank stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alternativ kannst du auch ein ges\u00fcnderes Dattel-Karamell zubereiten. Die vollst\u00e4ndigen Mengenangaben und Anweisungen stehen in den Anmerkungen der Rezeptkarte.<\/p>\n<h3>Schokoladen-Schicht<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Schokolade und das Kokos\u00f6l in einem warmen Wasserbad (eine Sch\u00fcssel \u00fcber einem Topf mit kochendem Wasser) schmelzen. Dann in einen luftdichten, gefriersicheren Beh\u00e4lter oder Ziplock-Beutel umf\u00fcllen und bis zu 3 Monate aufbewahren. Rohrzucker und brauner Zucker dicken das Karamell mehr ein als Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Achte darauf, dass die Leinsamen frisch sind:<\/strong> Sie k\u00f6nnen schnell ranzig werden, vor allem, wenn sie vorgemahlen gekauft werden. Um sicherzustellen, dass sie frisch sind, solltest du an ihnen riechen und sie probieren. Sie sollten nicht bitter sein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Brownies vorbereiten:<\/strong> Wenn du sie am Vorabend zubereitest, haben die Aromen Zeit, sich zu verbinden, dadurch schmecken die Karamell-Brownies noch besser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optionale Zus\u00e4tze:<\/strong> Eine kleine Menge Instant-Kaffee\/Espressopulver in die Brownie-Schicht geben, um den Schokoladengeschmack zu verst\u00e4rken.
