Ich empfehle eine ges\u00fcndere, zuckerarme Variante, aber das ist dir \u00fcberlassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ich verwende gerne <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/selbstgemachtes-muesli-granola\/\"><strong>selbstgemachtes M\u00fcsli<\/strong><\/a> f\u00fcr diese leckeren M\u00fcsli-Schalen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>N\u00fcsse\/Kerne:<\/strong> Ich habe Sonnenblumenkerne benutzt, aber andere N\u00fcsse oder Kerne funktionieren auch. Z.B. K\u00fcrbiskerne, Hanfsamen, Erdn\u00fcsse, Mandeln, Waln\u00fcsse, Pekann\u00fcsse, usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Benutze z.B. Agavendicksaft, Ahornsirup oder Dattelsirup. Um den Zuckergehalt zu reduzieren, verwende einen zuckerfreien Sirup.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Um die S\u00fc\u00dfe auszugleichen und die verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen in den Granola Cups zu verst\u00e4rken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Die F\u00fcllung<\/h3>\n<p>Ich kombiniere gerne <strong>Sonnenblumenkernmus<\/strong> oder <strong>Erdnussbutter<\/strong> mit einem \u00dcberzug aus dunkler Schokolade (falls gew\u00fcnscht zuckerfrei). Mandelmus, Pistazienmus usw. eignen sich ebenfalls f\u00fcr dieses k\u00f6stliche Granola-Dessert. Du kannst auch mit Erdnussbutterpulver wie PB2 experimentieren, falls du eine fett\u00e4rmere\/ kalorien\u00e4rmere Version m\u00f6chtest.<\/p>\n<p><em>Alternativ kannst du auch Joghurt-Granola-Cups machen, indem du sie mit deinem bevorzugten Joghurt f\u00fcllst und wahlweise etwas frisches Obst (z. Folge einfach 5 einfachen Schritten, um dieses k\u00f6stliche vegane Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck zum Mitnehmen im Handumdrehen zuzubereiten!<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuerst alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Granola Cups in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit einem L\u00f6ffel oder den H\u00e4nden vermischen. Alternativ kannst du auch eine K\u00fcchenmaschine verwenden. Die Mischung sollte zusammenkleben, wenn du sie zwischen deinen Fingern zerdr\u00fcckst. Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, etwas mehr fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel hinzuf\u00fcgen, bis die Masse zusammenh\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Muffinform oder eine Silikonform mit \u00d6l einfetten und die Mischung in den Vertiefungen verteilen (dieses Rezept ergibt je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Form 6-8 Cups).<\/li>\n<li>Mit der R\u00fcckseite eines Essl\u00f6ffels (oder eines Schnapsglases) die Mischung fest in die Form dr\u00fccken und jeweils eine Vertiefung in der Mitte machen.*<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend einen geh\u00e4uften Teel\u00f6ffel, Nuss- oder Kernmus nach Wahl in die Vertiefungen geben und die Form f\u00fcr etwa 60 Minuten in den Gefrierschrank stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*Wenn du Granola-Joghurt-Cups machen willst, stellst du die ungef\u00fcllten Cups einfach in den Gefrierschrank, damit sie 20 Minuten lang fest werden und bef\u00fcllst sie hinterher. F\u00fcr ein sommerliches Dessert (mit frozen Joghurt) kannst du den Joghurt vor dem Einfrieren hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuletzt die Schokolade in der Mikrowelle oder \u00fcber einem Wasserbad schmelzen (optional mit 1-2 Teel\u00f6ffeln Kokos\u00f6l) und \u00fcber jeden Granola Cup gie\u00dfen. Andernfalls wird das M\u00fcsli durch den Joghurt matschig (es sei denn, du bewahrst sie im Gefrierfach als gefrorenen Snack auf).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Friere die Granola-Cups in einem Gefrierbeutel f\u00fcr 2-3 Monate ein. In die Muffinform geben und 10-12 Minuten bei 175 \u00b0C backen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zum leichten Herausnehmen der Form:<\/strong> Ich empfehle die Verwendung einer Silikonform. Ansonsten solltest du die Form gut einfetten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mit Geschmacksrichtungen experimentieren:<\/strong> Es gibt viele M\u00f6glichkeiten, dieses Dessert bzw. diesen Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Snack ganz nach deinem Geschmack zu ver\u00e4ndern.
