Aber wie du siehst, stimmt das bei diesem Rezept absolut nicht. Mein veganes Bananenbrot ist richtig sch\u00f6n saftig und weich.<\/p>\n<p>Und obwohl es dekadent ist, ist dieses Bananenbrot trotzdem recht gesund, was es zu einem wunderbaren Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und Dessert macht. Deshalb enth\u00e4lt dieses Bananenbrot einfache Zutaten, die du wahrscheinlich schon zu Hause hast.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hafermehl<\/strong> &#8211; Ich stelle normalerweise mein eigenes her, indem ich Haferflocken in einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle (oder einem Mixer) zu Mehl mahle. Verwende, falls n\u00f6tig, zertifiziert glutenfreie Haferflocken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>F\u00fcr eine getreidefreie Version k\u00f6nntest du versuchen, Buchweizenmehl oder Quinoa Mehl zu benutzen. F\u00fcr eine nicht glutenfreie Version kannst du <strong>Weizenmehl und Dinkelmehl<\/strong> nehmen. Beachte jedoch, dass sich die ben\u00f6tigte Fl\u00fcssigkeitsmenge im Rezept je nach verwendetem Mehl \u00e4ndert. Ich empfehle, anfangs etwas weniger als die angegebene Menge zu nehmen und bei Bedarf mehr hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel<\/strong> &#8211; Wenn du Kristallzucker verwendest, dann eignen sich Bio-Zucker, Erythrit (f\u00fcr ein Bananenbrot ohne raffinierten Zucker), Birkenzucker und Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker. Du kannst stattdessen auch 3 Essl\u00f6ffel von einem fl\u00fcssigen S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel verwenden (z.B. Agavendicksaft\/Ahornsirup).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Mandeln<\/strong> &#8211; Du kannst auch andere gemahlene N\u00fcsse nach Wahl (z.B. Haseln\u00fcsse) oder gemahlene, unges\u00fc\u00dfte Kokosraspeln benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backpulver<\/strong> &#8211; Reagiert mit dem Essig und l\u00e4sst das Brot ein wenig aufgehen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz<\/strong> &#8211; Es wird nur eine Prise ben\u00f6tigt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schokodrops<\/strong> &#8211; Du kannst vegane Schokodrops verwenden. Oder zerkleiner einfach eine Tafel dunkle Schokolade in St\u00fccke. Du kannst sie aber auch ganz weglassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzenmilch<\/strong> &#8211; Verwende deine Lieblingsmilch, z.B. Hafermilch oder Mandelmilch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bananen<\/strong> &#8211; Achte darauf, dass sie sch\u00f6n reif und somit weich und s\u00fc\u00df sind.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Essig oder Zitronensaft<\/strong> &#8211; Benutze wei\u00dfen Essig oder Apfelessig. Die trockenen Zutaten vermischen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den Ofen auf 180 \u00b0C vorheizen und eine Brotbackform mit Backpapier auslegen. Alle trockenen Zutaten (au\u00dfer den Schokoladenchips) in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit einem Schneebesen vermischen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Du kannst die Zutaten auch ein paar Sekunden lang in einem Mixer\/K\u00fcchenmaschine mixen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2. Die Banane zerdr\u00fccken<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In einer separaten kleinen Sch\u00fcssel die Bananen mit einer Gabel gut zerdr\u00fccken, dann zu den trockenen Zutaten geben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3. Die feuchten Zutaten dazugeben<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die pflanzliche Milch, den Essig und den Vanilleextrakt hinzuf\u00fcgen und dann r\u00fchren, bis alles vermischt ist (mit einem Schneebesen oder in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine). Allerdings nicht zu lange r\u00fchren, da dies den Backvorgang beeintr\u00e4chtigen kann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 4. Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen einr\u00fchren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zum Schluss die Schokodrops hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit einem L\u00f6ffel umr\u00fchren. Dazu einfach in Scheiben schneiden und einfrieren, sodass du immer ein oder zwei Scheiben auf einmal nehmen kannst.
