Ohne Spa\u00df. Es ist super soft, cremig, saftig, \u00fcppig und lecker! Das Rezept ist <strong>vegan, glutenfrei, \u00f6lfrei und leicht herzustellen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst den Kuchen in einer eckigen Form backen (wie ich) oder eine runde Kuchenform verwenden. Ich habe keine k\u00fcnstliche Lebensmittelfarbe verwendet, die man in den meisten Red Velvet Rezepten findet. Es ist nicht notwendig, Kuhmilch, Eier, Butter oder Frischk\u00e4se zu verwenden. Obwohl dieses Rezept vegan, \u00f6lfrei und glutenfrei ist, ist es au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich gut.<\/p>\n<p>Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, habe ich noch nie einen Kuchen gemacht, der so cremig und saftig ist, und ich bin mir sicher, dass ich dieses Dessert in Zukunft \u00f6fter machen werde. Du kannst normale oder glutenfreie Haferflocken verwenden und sie in einem Mixer mixen. Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du auch gekauftes Hafermehl nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Um das Rezept <strong>getreidefrei<\/strong> zu machen, kannst du m\u00f6glicherweise Buchweizenmehl anstelle von Hafermehl benutzen. Ich habe es bei diesem Rezept nicht ausprobiert, aber es sollte problemlos funktionieren.
