Und au\u00dferdem ist dieses Rezept so schnell, einfach und vielseitig. Zum Beispiel l\u00e4sst sich im Grunde jedes Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcr die Bratlinge verwenden, das man gerade zur Hand hat, und man kann sie sogar vorbereiten oder f\u00fcr sp\u00e4ter einfrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Sie sind in nur 15 Minuten vorbereitet, enthalten viele N\u00e4hrstoffe und Proteine, sind preiswert, allergikerfreundlich (ohne Eier, Milchprodukte und Gluten) und k\u00f6nnen in der Pfanne, im Ofen oder in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse zubereitet werden. Die Menge je nach Geschmack anpassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mehl:<\/strong> Ich benutze Kichererbsenmehl oder Reismehl &#8211; beide sind glutenfrei. Wenn du dich glutenfrei und getreidefrei ern\u00e4hrst, kannst du Buchweizenmehl oder Quinoamehl nehmen. Weizenmehl funktioniert auch. Vermeide jedoch Kokosmehl, da es zu saugf\u00e4hig ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> F\u00fcr diese gesunden Gem\u00fcsebratlinge wird eine einfache, aber geschmackvolle Mischung verwendet, die den Bratlingen eine besondere Note verleiht.\n<ul>\n<li>Zwiebelpulver<\/li>\n<li>Gemahlener Oregano<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e4ucherpaprika<\/li>\n<li>Rote Chiliflocken<\/li>\n<li>Meersalz und schwarzer Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limettensaft:<\/strong> Frischer Limettensaft (oder Zitronensaft) ist am besten geeignet und verleiht den Gem\u00fcsefrikadellen ein tolles Aroma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frische Petersilie:<\/strong> Frische Kr\u00e4uter wie Koriander, Schnittlauch und\/oder Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Zum Braten der Patties wird ein neutrales \u00d6l, z. B. Ein idealer glutenfreier, veganer Snack, eine Vorspeise oder Mittagessen! #gem\u00fcsebratlinge #veganebratlinge #gem\u00fcseburger #gem\u00fcsefrikadellen #bratlinge #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Gem\u00fcsebratlinge selber machen &#8211; Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt<\/h2>\n<p>Diese Gem\u00fcsefrikadellen lassen sich mit minimalem Aufwand, in wenigen Schritten und mit einer von drei Zubereitungsmethoden zubereiten.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zun\u00e4chst die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und grob hacken, die Paprika fein w\u00fcrfeln und die Petersilie hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kichererbsen, die Zwiebel, den Knoblauch, den Limettensaft und die Gew\u00fcrze in eine K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer) geben und 5-6 Mal pulsieren.<\/li>\n<li>Dann das Mehl hinzugeben und 2-3 Mal pulsieren. Bei Bedarf die Seiten der K\u00fcchenmaschine abkratzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Achte darauf, die Mischung nicht zu sehr zu einer glatten Masse zu verarbeiten!<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die gew\u00fcrfelte Paprika, den Mais und die Petersilie dazugeben und maximal 2-3 Mal pulsieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Solltest du aus Versehen zu lange gemixt haben, dann kannst du mehr Mehl hinzugeben. Zum Schluss die Grillfunktion verwenden, damit sie noch knuspriger werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gem\u00fcsebratlinge aus der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse:<\/strong> Den Korb der Fritteuse mit etwas \u00d6l bespr\u00fchen, dann die Patties in einer einzigen Schicht mit etwas Abstand dazwischen ausbreiten (in mehreren Durchg\u00e4ngen zubereiten). Vor der Zubereitung erst auftauen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Die Gem\u00fcsebratlinge sind direkt nach dem Braten am knusprigsten. Abgek\u00fchlte Reste halten sich jedoch in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank 4 Tage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Die abgek\u00fchlten Kichererbsen-Gem\u00fcse-Frikadellen auf einem Backblech liegend einfrieren, bis sie fest sind (ca. 2 Stunden), ohne sich zu ber\u00fchren. Dann in einen gefriersicheren Ziplock-Beutel umf\u00fcllen und bis zu 3 Monate aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Die Mikrowelle sollte vermieden werden, da sie sonst sehr weich werden.
