Die F\u00fcllung zergeht auf der Zunge und besteht u.a. aus eiwei\u00dfreichem, fettarmem Seidentofu, frischem Zitronensaft, Zitronenschale und einem Hauch Vanille \u2013 cremig, reichhaltig und ganz ohne Milchprodukte. F\u00fcr eine vollst\u00e4ndig getreidefreie Version kannst du auch Buchweizenflocken benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosraspeln:<\/strong> Am besten sind unges\u00fc\u00dfte Kokosraspeln. Alternativ kannst du auch 65 g N\u00fcsse deiner Wahl nehmen, z. B. Waln\u00fcsse, Mandeln, Pistazien usw. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version sind auch Sonnenblumenkerne gut geeignet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datteln:<\/strong> Verwende weiche, entsteinte Datteln. Ich empfehle Medjool-Datteln, die gut schmecken und normalerweise von Natur aus weich sind. Wenn du kleinere, h\u00e4rtere bzw. trockenere Datteln nimmst, m\u00fcssen sie vorher eventuell in hei\u00dfem Wasser eingeweicht werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> Oder benutze etwas Vanillemark.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milch:<\/strong> Verwende eine beliebige Pflanzenmilch deiner Wahl. Anschlie\u00dfend die Datteln, das Vanilleextrakt und die Pflanzenmilch hinzuf\u00fcgen.
