Sie lassen sich zudem ganz einfach zubereiten. Man muss sie nur mit etwas \u00d6l und ein paar Gew\u00fcrzen vermischen und im Ofen knusprig backen. In dem oberen Foto siehst du die geschnittenen Kartoffeln vor dem Backen. Ich habe ganzen Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, ger\u00e4ucherte Paprika, Zwiebelpulver, Meersalz und Pfeffer als Gew\u00fcrzmischung verwendet. Du kannst selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch Chilipulver dazugeben und ihnen damit eine feurige W\u00fcrze verleihen! Weitere Zutaten sind Tomaten, Paprika, Champignons, Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Avocado. Falls du Champignons nicht magst, kannst du sie nat\u00fcrlich auch weglassen oder stattdessen eine andere Zutat nehmen wie z.B. Das ist besonders praktisch wenn man morgens wenig Zeit hat. Daf\u00fcr einfach die vorbereiteten Wraps in Folie wickeln und dann in Gefrierbeuteln ins Tiefk\u00fchlfach geben. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version der So\u00dfe kannst du Sonnenblumenkernmus oder Kokosmus verwenden.
