Ein klassischer Gumbo Eintopf besteht haupts\u00e4chlich aus Fleisch und\/oder Meeresfr\u00fcchten. Mein veganes Gumbo Rezept enth\u00e4lt Linsen, Bohnen und das was die Louisianer &#8222;Holy Trinity&#8220; (die &#8222;Heilige Dreifaltigkeit&#8220;) von Gem\u00fcse nennen, n\u00e4mlich Staudensellerie, Paprika und Zwiebeln. Ich habe auch einige andere Zutaten hinzugef\u00fcgt, die dem Gericht einen wunderbaren Geschmack verleihen. Ich habe es <strong>ohne Mehlschwitze<\/strong>, ohne Fleisch, Wurst und Garnelen gekocht. Eine Mehlschwitze wird aus Mehl und \u00d6l (oder tierischem Fett) hergestellt. Sie wird verwendet, um Suppen und Eint\u00f6pfe zu verdicken, und die meisten Gumbo Rezepte enthalten eine Mehlschwitze. Ich habe sie jedoch weggelassen, weil es meiner Meinung nach viel ges\u00fcnder ist, ein Gumbo mit Linsen anzudicken.
