Der Dip wird aus Cashewn\u00fcssen, Knoblauch, pflanzlicher Milch und ein paar Gew\u00fcrzen hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Du musst die Cashews einfach ein paar Stunden in Wasser einweichen, ODER sie 20 Minuten kochen, bis sie weich sind. Dann brauchst du nur noch alle Zutaten in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine oder einem Mixer zu p\u00fcrieren. Die vollst\u00e4ndige Anleitung findest du im Rezept weiter unten.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Einfach Polenta in einem Topf mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche (+ Gew\u00fcrze und Hefeflocken) aufkochen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die Mischung in eine Auflaufform f\u00fcllen und eine Stunde abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit kann man die Panade und den Cashew-Dip zubereiten, was nur etwa 10 Minuten lang dauert.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald die Polenta-Mischung kalt und fest ist, kann man sie in gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Ich bestreiche dann jedes St\u00fcck mit ein wenig \u00d6l, w\u00e4lze die St\u00fccke in der Panade und backe sie im Ofen bis sie sch\u00f6n knusprig und goldbraun sind!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Polentaschnitten aus der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse<\/h2>\n<p>Zuerst den Korb mit \u00d6l bespr\u00fchen, dann die Pommes in einer einzigen Schicht ausbreiten, mit etwas Abstand dazwischen, und auch diese leicht mit \u00d6l bespr\u00fchen. Die Polentaschnitten 15-20 Minuten (je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Dicke) bei 190 \u00b0C &#8222;frittieren&#8220;, bis sie goldbraun und knusprig sind. Das Geheimnis ist, sie mit etwas \u00d6l zu bestreichen (es reicht nur ein wenig \u00d6l) und im Ofen zu backen, bis sie goldbraun und knusprig sind!<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du nicht 45 Minuten warten m\u00f6chtest, bis sie knusprig sind, und dich frittiertes Essen nicht st\u00f6rt, k\u00f6nnest du sie auch in \u00d6l frittieren.
