Kichererbsen (manchmal auch als Garbanzo bezeichnet) sind einfach toll, sie enthalten viel Eiwei\u00df und au\u00dferdem viele Ballaststoffe, Mineralien und Vitamine. Gemahlene Mandeln, Leinsamen, Kichererbsen und Kakaopulver sind einige der Zutaten, die du ben\u00f6tigst, um diese leckeren, gesunden Brownies herzustellen. Ich habe sie auch einmal mit Kokosmehl gemacht. Beide Versionen sind gut! Anstelle von gemahlenen Mandeln kannst du auch andere gemahlene N\u00fcsse verwenden, z. B. Um dieses Dessert jedoch noch zu optimieren, rate ich dir diese unfassbar leckere S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel-Creme herzustellen! Sie besteht zum Gro\u00dfteil aus S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln, also ist es im Grunde so, als w\u00fcrde man Salat essen, haha.
