Je nach Geschmack die Menge anpassen oder weglassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Vegane B\u00e9chamelso\u00dfe:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vegane Butter:<\/strong> Verwende eine hochwertige ungesalzene vegane Butter oder Margarine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzliche Milch:<\/strong> Benutze unges\u00fc\u00dfte, Pflanzenmilch. Z. B. Sojamilch, Hafermilch, Kokosnussmilch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speisest\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Mit Maisst\u00e4rke l\u00e4sst sich die So\u00dfe andicken, f\u00fcr ein leckeres glutenfreies Moussaka. Das Linsen Moussaka ist glutenfrei, pflanzlich und besteht aus vollwertigen Zutaten. #veganemoussaka #linsenmoussaka #moussakarezept | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Linsen Moussaka zubereiten &#8211; Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt<\/h2>\n<h3>1: Auberginen und Kartoffeln zubereiten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuerst den Ofen auf 200 \u00b0C vorheizen und zwei Backbleche mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann jede Aubergine der L\u00e4nge nach in 4-5 Scheiben und die Kartoffeln in 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die geschnittenen Scheiben in einer einzigen Schicht auf den Backblechen verteilen, leicht mit Oliven\u00f6l bestreichen und mit Salz und Pfeffer bestreuen.<\/li>\n<li>20 Minuten lang backen oder bis sie leicht gebr\u00e4unt sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2: Die Linsen-Moussaka-F\u00fcllung kochen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und hacken, den Knoblauch zerkleinern und etwas \u00d6l in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald es hei\u00df ist, die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch 4-5 Minuten lang anbraten, bis sie glasig sind.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die Passata, die gehackten Tomaten und alle Gew\u00fcrze (einschlie\u00dflich Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack) hinzuf\u00fcgen. Umr\u00fchren, die Linsen hinzuf\u00fcgen und bei schwacher Hitze etwa 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3: Die vegane B\u00e9chamelsauce zubereiten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Pflanzenmilch zusammen mit der Speisest\u00e4rke, der Hefeflocken, dem Salz und dem Pfeffer in einen kleinen Kochtopf geben und gut verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die vegane Butter hinzuf\u00fcgen und die Mischung bei mittlerer bis hoher Hitze zum Kochen bringen. Sofort auf ein K\u00f6cheln reduzieren und st\u00e4ndig r\u00fchren, bis sie eindickt. Optional kannst du noch etwas veganen K\u00e4se dar\u00fcber streuen.<\/li>\n<li>Das Kartoffel-Auberginen-Moussaka 30 Minuten lang im Ofen backen, bis die Oberfl\u00e4che goldbraun ist, die Auberginen\/Kartoffeln gar sind und die F\u00fcllung blubbert.
