So etwas zu sehen macht mich nat\u00fcrlich nicht gerade happy, schlie\u00dflich habe ich ein <strong>Haushuhn namens ERNA<\/strong>. Ja, Erna ist mein &#8222;rescue chicken&#8220; und sie lebt seit 10 Monaten bei mir. Sie ist sogar weltweit bekannt, da ihre Story auf &#8222;The Dodo&#8220; ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde. Wie zum Beispiel diese Kichererbsen Taquitos. Das Rezept ist <strong>super einfach zuzubereiten<\/strong> und ich k\u00f6nnte mir vorstellen, du hast bereits die meisten (oder alle) Zutaten zu Hause. Du brauchst lediglich <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tortillas-rezept-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Tortillas<\/strong><\/a>, Kichererbsen, Paprika, eine Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Tomatensauce, scharfe So\u00dfe und Gew\u00fcrze. Das Rezept ist glutenfrei, vegan und kann im Ofen oder der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse zubereitet werden. #taquitos #mexikanisch #kichererbsen #veganerezepte | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Taquitos aus dem Ofen zubereiten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Kichererbsen in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit einer Gabel grob zerdr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6l in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen und die gehackte Zwiebel und Paprika hinzuf\u00fcgen. 3 Minuten braten, dann den Knoblauch und die Gew\u00fcrzmischung hinzuf\u00fcgen und eine weitere Minute anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Alle anderen So\u00dfen-Zutaten + Kichererbsen in die Pfanne geben und die Mischung erhitzen bringen. Auf kleiner Flamme 2-4 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, dabei gelegentlich umr\u00fchren, dann den Herd ausschalten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Mischung abschmecken. Wenn du sie sch\u00e4rfer haben m\u00f6chtest, f\u00fcge mehr Chilipulver hinzu, je nach Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li>Den Backofen auf 210 Grad Celsius vorheizen und ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/li>\n<li>Etwa 2 Essl\u00f6ffel der F\u00fcllung auf jede Tortilla geben und diese fest aufrollen. Die Taquitos nebeneinander auf das Backblech legen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit etwas Pflanzen\u00f6l bepinseln (damit sie noch knuspriger werden).<\/li>\n<li>Im Backofen etwa 15-20 Minuten backen, bis sie goldbraun und knusprig sind.<\/li>\n<li>Vor dem Backen mit veganer K\u00e4seso\u00dfe betr\u00e4ufeln (optional) oder mit deinem veganen Lieblingsk\u00e4se belegen und mit einem Dip genie\u00dfen!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Air Fryer Taquitos<\/h2>\n<p>Breite die Taquitos in einer einzelnen Schicht im Frittierkorb aus, mit etwas Abstand dazwischen (falls n\u00f6tig, in mehreren Durchg\u00e4ngen zubereiten). Dann in der vorgeheizten Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse bei 175 \u00b0C 6-8 Minuten lang \u2018frittieren\u2019, bis sie leicht gebr\u00e4unt und an den R\u00e4ndern knusprig sind.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4378 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Gluten-free-Buffalo-chickpea-taquitos-with-vegan-cheese-drizzle.jpg\" alt=\"Glutenfreie Taquitos als Pyramide\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1190\" data-pin-description=\"Diese Buffalo-Kichererbsen-Taquitos sind knusprig, w\u00fcrzig und sehr lecker! Sie m\u00fcssen nicht frittiert werden. Nat\u00fcrlich k\u00f6nntest du sie frittieren, aber mir wird immer recht \u00fcbel, wenn ich frittierte Gerichte esse, deshalb backe ich die Taquitos lieber im Ofen. Da jeder Mensch jedoch einen unterschiedlichen Geschmack hat, ist es schwierig, die richtige Menge an scharfer So\u00dfe und Chilipulver zu empfehlen. 3 Essl\u00f6ffel scharfe Sauce und eine Prise Chilipulver verleihen diesen Taquitos eine angenehme W\u00fcrze, zumindest meiner Meinung nach.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du scharfe Speisen nicht magst, dann lasse am besten das Chilipulver komplett weg und verwende nur 1 EL scharfe Sauce.
