Die meisten Besucher springen direkt zum Rezept und sind dann wieder weg. Und ich meine, das ist vollkommen in Ordnung, ich wei\u00df, dass wir alle ein busy Leben f\u00fchren und warum sollte jemand einen 700 W\u00f6rter-Blogpost \u00fcber Essen lesen? Eine halbe Million Instagram Abonnenten zu erreichen, macht mich jedoch sehr gl\u00fccklich. Ich wei\u00df, es ist nur eine Zahl ist, aber ich bin stolz auf das, was ich in 3 1\/2 Jahren erreicht habe. Einen Instagram account <strong>organisch<\/strong> von NULL auf 500.000 zu bringen, ist harte Arbeit.<\/p>\n<p>7 Tage die Woche und 14 Stunden am Tag zu arbeiten ist f\u00fcr mich keine Seltenheit. Bloggen ist tats\u00e4chlich ein Vollzeitjob, und ein Perfektionist zu sein, macht es nicht leichter, mal abzuschalten und sich etwas Ruhe zu g\u00f6nnen. Ich mache oft hundert Fotos am Tag und entscheide dann hinterher, dass sie doch nicht Insta w\u00fcrdig sind. Dumm, ich wei\u00df. Um 2-3 Uhr morgens ins Bett zu gehen, ist auch keine gute Angewohnheit. Aber <strong>ich liebe meine Arbeit<\/strong>. Es ist sch\u00f6n jeden Tag hunderte von lieben Kommentaren und Nachrichten auf Instagram zu erhalten und es macht mich sehr gl\u00fccklich.<\/p>\n<p>Ich sch\u00e4tze jeden einzelnen Abonnenten sehr und f\u00fcr mich, sind es nicht nur Abonnenten, sie geh\u00f6ren zu meiner Insta-Familie. Ich habe auf Instagram so viele tolle Leute kennengelernt, die echte Freunde geworden sind und das ist wirklich wundervoll. Ich hoffe sie ist 500k wert, haha. F\u00fcr mich ist sie das definitiv, ich wollte dieses Rezept schon l\u00e4nger machen und dies war der perfekte Zeitpunkt, um es mal auszuprobieren. Die Zugabe von Kokosnuss\u00f6l hilft, die Schicht ein wenig fester zu machen, und maskiert auch etwas den Tofu-Geschmack. Aber ich wei\u00df, dass einige meiner Leser kein Soja essen k\u00f6nnen\/m\u00f6chten, deshalb habe ich auch eine <strong>zweite und sogar dritte sojafreie Alternative<\/strong> in den Rezept-Anmerkungen erw\u00e4hnt. Ich habe auch dar\u00fcber nachgedacht, die Creme-Schicht f\u00fcr diese Schoko Lasagne mit wei\u00dfen (japanischen) S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln herzustellen. Dies f\u00fchrt jedoch zu einer Creme-Schicht, die nicht sehr fluffig ist.
