Schokolade und Karamell zu kombinieren ist quasi die Kr\u00f6nung f\u00fcr die Geschmacksknospen. Nat\u00fcrlich musste ich auch noch Bananenscheiben auf die Pfannkuchen geben, da ich Bananen unglaublich mag und sie zudem gesund sind. Du kannst normale Haferflocken oder glutenfreie Haferflocken benutzen. Andere <strong>glutenfreie Mehle<\/strong>, die funktionieren k\u00f6nnten, w\u00e4ren zum Beispiel, Buchweizenmehl, Quinoamehl und Hirsemehl. Kokosnussmehl w\u00fcrde ich jedoch nicht empfehlen, da es sehr viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit absorbiert.<\/p>\n<p>Um das Rezept <strong>eifrei<\/strong> zu machen, habe ich eine kleine Banane und 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Leinsamen verwendet. Du kannst auch gemahlene Chiasamen und Apfelmus nehmen, wenn du keine Bananen magst. Statt der Banane, dann einfach 80g Apfelmus verwenden. Es enth\u00e4lt viele Mineralien wie <strong>Magnesium, Zink, Kalium, Eisen, Kupfer und Mangan<\/strong>. Rohes Kakaopulver enth\u00e4lt au\u00dferdem mehr Antioxidantien als die meisten Lebensmittel der Welt!
