Hier sind die Zutaten, die du ben\u00f6tigen wirst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Glutenfreies Mehl:<\/strong> Ich habe eine Kombination aus Hafermehl, Reismehl und Maisst\u00e4rke verwendet. Eine glutenfreie Mehlmischung, normales Weizenmehl oder Dinkelmehl (wenn du dich nicht glutenfrei ern\u00e4hrst) anstelle von Hafermehl und Reismehl sollte jedoch auch in Ordnung sein. Buchweizenmehl und Quinoamehl k\u00f6nnten ebenfalls gut funktionieren!<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Verwende Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, braunen Zucker oder Rohrohrzucker. Sie alle verleihen den Cr\u00eapes einen herrlichen Karamell-Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Leinsamen:<\/strong> Es ist auch m\u00f6glich, gemahlene Chiasamen zu verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzenmilch:<\/strong> Ich benutze gerne Kokosmilch &#8222;light&#8220; aus der Dose oder normale Kokosmilch aus der Dose, (die ich mit Wasser verd\u00fcnne), da sie den Geschmack der Cr\u00eapes verbessert. Wenn du Mandelmilch, Hafermilch oder eine andere pflanzliche Milch verwendest, die fettarm ist (Pflanzendrink), w\u00fcrde ich vorschlagen, dem Teig 3 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, da die glutenfreien Cr\u00eapes sonst an der Pfanne kleben bleiben k\u00f6nnten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Banane:<\/strong> Statt Banane kannst du auch Apfelmus benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft:<\/strong> Oder verwende stattdessen Limettensaft.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanilleextrakt:<\/strong> Oder nimm Vanillepaste.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c4pfel:<\/strong> Du kannst deine Lieblings-Koch\u00e4pfel nehmen. Das ausdruckbare Rezept findest du unten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 1:<\/strong> Alle trockenen Zutaten f\u00fcr die Cr\u00eapes in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit einem Schneebesen umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2:<\/strong> Die feuchten Zutaten (mit Ausnahme des \u00d6ls) in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer) oder einem Mixer p\u00fcrieren. Wenn du Apfelmus benutzt, kannst du die Zutaten in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Schneebesen verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3:<\/strong> Die feuchten zu den trockenen Zutaten gie\u00dfen und mit einem Schneebesen verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 4:<\/strong> Den Teig ein paar Minuten ruhen lassen. Etwas \u00d6l in einer kleinen\/mittleren Antihaftpfanne erhitzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 5:<\/strong> Ca. 60-80 Gramm des Teigs in die Pfanne gie\u00dfen und mit der R\u00fcckseite eines L\u00f6ffels zu einem Kreis ausbreiten. Den Cr\u00eape etwa 2-4 Minuten lang backen oder bis sich eine Seite des Cr\u00eapes leicht anheben l\u00e4sst (bitte versuche nicht, ihn zu fr\u00fch zu wenden). Den umgedrehten Cr\u00eape 1-2 Minuten weiter anbraten lassen.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong> Nach einer Weile <strong>wird der Teig eindicken<\/strong>, sodass du eventuell mehr Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen musst, bis zu 50 ml. Fahre so fort, bis der Teig aufgebraucht ist.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 6:<\/strong> Um die Apfelf\u00fcllung herzustellen, einfach alle Zutaten in eine Pfanne oder einen Topf geben und (ohne Hitze) verr\u00fchren. Dann den Herd einschalten und die Mischung zum Kochen bringen. Einige Minuten bei schwacher\/mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 7:<\/strong> Ein paar Teel\u00f6ffel der F\u00fcllung auf jeden Cr\u00eape geben, aufrollen, mit Zucker (nach Wahl) und Zimt bestreuen (dieser Schritt ist optional). Ich f\u00fcge gerne einen Hauch Karamellsauce hinzu. Manchmal f\u00fcge ich auch gerne Rosinen, Rum-Extrakt und Vanilleextrakt hinzu. Pumpkin spice oder Piment ist auch eine sch\u00f6ne Erg\u00e4nzung. Du kannst die \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len (wie ich es getan habe) oder die Schale dranlassen, wenn dir das lieber ist.<\/p>\n<p>Es w\u00e4re m\u00f6glich, die Apfel-Cr\u00eape-F\u00fcllung zuckerfrei zu machen, indem man ein kohlenhydratarmes (Keto) S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie Erythrit verwendet. Aber dann h\u00e4tten sie nicht diesen leckeren Karamell-Geschmack.<\/p>\n<h2>Rezept-Anmerkungen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ich empfehle die Verwendung einer <strong>antihaftbeschichteten Pfanne<\/strong>, da man zum Braten der veganen Cr\u00eapes dann sehr wenig \u00d6l ben\u00f6tigt.<\/li>\n<li>Brate sie bei <strong>mittlerer Hitze<\/strong>.
