Das Beste ist, dass das Rezept <strong>ohne Soja und Eier<\/strong> auskommt. Du wei\u00dft bestimmt, wie viele Eier eine normale Quiche enth\u00e4lt. Viele&#8230; Die meisten Rezepte, die ich online gefunden habe, enthielten n\u00e4mlich 6 gro\u00dfe Eier &#8230; Aber nicht dieses. Ich wollte eigentlich auch frische Champignons benutzen, habe dann jedoch leider bemerkt, dass ich keine mehr im K\u00fchlschrank habe. Champignons aus der Dose benutze ich nicht gerne und einkaufen fahren wollte ich auch nicht. Daher ist dieses Rezept &#8222;Pilzfrei&#8220;. Aber falls du frische Champignons vorr\u00e4tig hast, kann ich nur empfehlen sie zu benutzen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du das Gem\u00fcse, welches ich verwendet habe, nicht magst, dann lass es einfach weg. Dieser glutenfreie Tartboden\/Kuchenboden ist sehr <strong>einfach zu machen<\/strong> und wahrscheinlich viel ges\u00fcnder als ein gekaufter Tartboden. <span class=\"\">Das Rezept kann auch nussfrei hergestellt werden. Demzufolge kannst du sie auch zur Arbeit, Uni oder Schule mitnehmen. Die geheime Zutat ist <strong>Kichererbsenmehl<\/strong>, auch bekannt als Garbanzo Mehl bzw. Besan Mehl. Ich mag Kichererbsenmehl sehr, denn es ist glutenfrei, reich an Eiwei\u00df und ist au\u00dferdem total vielseitig. Wenn der Teig zu trocken erscheint, ein wenig kaltes Wasser hinzugeben. Dabei einen ca. 5-6 cm hohen Rand formen.
