Dazu geh\u00f6ren Blattgem\u00fcse, Leinsamen und nat\u00fcrlich Hanfsamen.<\/p>\n<p>Omega-3-Fette sind der Schl\u00fcssel zur Funktion unserer Zellmembranen. Studien zeigen, dass sie Entz\u00fcndungen reduzieren und die Blutgerinnung regulieren k\u00f6nnen. Sie k\u00f6nnten sogar das Risiko f\u00fcr Herzkrankheiten, Demenz und Schlaganfall verringern. Studien zeigen au\u00dferdem, dass Omega-3 bei der Bek\u00e4mpfung von rheumatoider Arthritis, Lupus und Ekzemen helfen kann.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fcsse sind in der veganen Ern\u00e4hrung h\u00e4ufig stark vertreten und enthalten Eiwei\u00df sowie viele Omega-6-Fetts\u00e4uren (Waln\u00fcsse und Macadamia N\u00fcsse sind die Ausnahme). Es ist jedoch wichtig, ein <strong>gesundes Gleichgewicht zwischen Omega-3- und Omega-6-Fetts\u00e4uren<\/strong> zu halten!<\/p>\n<p>Hanfsamen enthalten sowohl Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren, als auch Omega-6-Fetts\u00e4uren und Omega-9-Fetts\u00e4uren. Hanf ist auch reich an Zink, Magnesium, Eisen, Ballaststoffen und Aminos\u00e4uren. Ich habe die schmackhafte Blumenkohlso\u00dfe mit glutenfreien Fettuccine-Nudeln, angebratenen Champignons und Petersilie kombiniert. Den Blumenkohl in R\u00f6schen schneiden und 10-15 Minuten, oder bis er zart ist, in leicht gesalzenem Wasser kochen. Das Wasser hinterher wegsch\u00fctten oder aufbewahren und angereichert mit etwas Suppengew\u00fcrz als klare Suppe genie\u00dfen!<\/li>\n<li>In einem anderen Topf w\u00e4hrenddessen Nudeln deiner Wahl gem\u00e4\u00df den Anweisungen auf der Packung kochen. Wenn du spiralisiertes Gem\u00fcse verwendest, kannst du jenes vor dem Servieren einige Minuten roh oder ged\u00fcnstet essen.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4hrend beide Zutaten kochen, brate den Knoblauch leicht in einer Pfanne an. Der angebratene Knoblauch kommt dann zusammen mit dem Blumenkohl und allen anderen Zutaten (au\u00dfer den Nudeln, Pilzen und frischen Kr\u00e4utern) in einen Mixer wo alles glatt und cremig p\u00fcriert wird. Dies dauert normalerweise 1-2 Minuten. Probiere die So\u00dfe und schmecke sie nach Bedarf ab.<\/li>\n<li>Erhitze ein wenig \u00d6l in einer Pfanne und brate die Pilze einige Minuten lang an.
