Neben diesem <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/apple-crumble-rezept\/\"><strong>Apple Crumble<\/strong><\/a> und diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/apfel-streusel-muffins\/\"><strong>veganen Apfelmuffins<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0habe ich bereits mehrere k\u00f6stliche Zimt- und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tag\/apfel\"><strong>Apfel-Desserts<\/strong><\/a> auf meinem Blog ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Sie eignen sich nat\u00fcrlich perfekt f\u00fcr die k\u00e4ltere Jahreszeit (und Feiertage wie Weihnachten) &#8211; aber man kann sie auch das ganze Jahr \u00fcber genie\u00dfen!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Leckerer veganer Apple Pie mit Streuseln<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Mein veganer Apfelkuchen kombiniert eine fruchtige Zimt-Apfel-F\u00fcllung mit einem glutenfreien Kuchenboden und &#8218;buttrigen&#8216; Streuseln. Die Kombination ergibt ein leckeres veganes Dessert, das einen Nachschlag erfordert.<\/p>\n<p>Ein gedeckter Apfelkuchen ist zwar etwas Feines, allerdings auch aufw\u00e4ndiger als ein Apple Pie mit Streuseln. Daher sollte man eine Sorte nehmen, die den besten Geschmack und die beste Textur hat.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr diesen veganen Apfelkuchen kannst du deine Lieblings-Back-\/Koch\u00e4pfel verwenden; dies w\u00e4ren beispielsweise Granny Smith, Boskoop, Gala, Gravensteiner-\u00c4pfel, oder Braeburn.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst auch s\u00e4uerliche mit s\u00fc\u00dfen \u00c4pfeln kombinieren, um mehr Geschmackstiefe zu erreichen. Zum Beispiel Granny Smith (s\u00e4uerlich) mit Jonagold oder Gala (s\u00fc\u00df).<\/p>\n<p>Weichere \u00c4pfel wie z.B. Wenn der Teig ein wenig trocken oder br\u00f6ckelig erscheint, etwas mehr Wasser oder vegane Margarine hinzuf\u00fcgen, jeweils 1 Teel\u00f6ffel, bis sich ein Teig bildet.<\/li>\n<li>Danach den Teig zu einer Kugel rollen und in Frischhaltefolie eingewickelt 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank k\u00fchlen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Dieser Vorgang kann auch mit den H\u00e4nden in einer Sch\u00fcssel durchgef\u00fchrt werden, dauert dann aber l\u00e4nger.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p2\"><strong>Schritt 2: Die Apfelkuchen-F\u00fcllung vorbereiten<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Die \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, entkernen und w\u00fcrfeln, bevor sie zusammen mit den restlichen Zutaten f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung in einem gro\u00dfen Topf erhitzt werden. Bei mittlerer Hitze einige Minuten lang unter R\u00fchren erw\u00e4rmen, abschmecken und die Zuckermenge nach Wunsch anpassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><em>Je nachdem, welche Apfelsorte du verwendest, \u00e4ndert sich auch die Menge des S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittels, die du dem Rezept hinzuf\u00fcgen m\u00f6chtest. Wenn du einen zuckerfreien Apfelkuchen machen m\u00f6chtest, verwende s\u00fc\u00dfere \u00c4pfel und dann nur ein wenig von deinem Lieblingss\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel (wie Erythrit oder Birkenzucker).<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Sobald die Mischung fertig ist, sollte sie etwas abk\u00fchlen, solange der Teig im K\u00fchlschrank ruht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"p2\"><strong>Schritt 3: Kuchenform vorbereiten und bef\u00fcllen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuerst den Ofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen und die Kuchenform leicht ein\u00f6len oder mit veganer Margarine einfetten.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen und etwa 1\/3 davon f\u00fcr den Streuselbelag wegnehmen. Ebenfalls die Streusel in einer mit Frischhaltefolie abgedeckten Sch\u00fcssel aufbewahren. Die Apfelkuchenf\u00fcllung in einer separaten Sch\u00fcssel abgedeckt lassen und alles bis zu einem Tag im Voraus im K\u00fchlschrank k\u00fchlen. Sobald du bereit bist, den Apfelkuchen zu backen, kannst du die F\u00fcllung in die Kuchenform geben, die Streusel dar\u00fcber verteilen und backen.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f6glicherweise muss die Backzeit um ein paar Minuten verl\u00e4ngert werden, da der Kuchen gek\u00fchlt wurde.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>So bewahrst du den Apfelkuchen auf:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Bewahre die Reste vom Apple Pie zugedeckt bei Raumtemperatur f\u00fcr 2-3 Tage oder im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr bis zu 6 Tage auf.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst den gebackenen und in St\u00fccke geschnittenen Apfelkuchen auch bis zu 3-4 Monate lang einfrieren, wobei sich die Textur des Teigs\/Streusels leicht ver\u00e4ndern kann.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald du ihn essen m\u00f6chtest, lass den Apfel-Streuselkuchen bei Raumtemperatur oder im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen und erw\u00e4rme ihn dann im Ofen, bis er ergew\u00e4rmt ist.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2931\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/10\/Ein-gro\u00dfes-St\u00fcck-von-veganem-Apfel-Streuselkuchen-auf-einem-Teller.jpg\" alt=\"Ein gro\u00dfes St\u00fcck veganer Apfelkuchen mit Streuseln auf einem Teller\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1518\" data-pin-description=\"Veganer Apfelkuchen mit leckeren Streuseln.
