Jahrhunderts Kochwettbewerbe abgehalten wurden? Und es waren nicht einfach irgendwelche Kochwettbewerbe, sondern Wettbewerbe mit einigen der besten K\u00f6che der Welt. Die K\u00f6che arbeiteten in der Regel f\u00fcr wohlhabende Familien, Unternehmen oder Betriebe. Die Wettbewerbe fanden jedes Jahr statt, und die K\u00f6che wurden ausgew\u00e4hlt, um die gro\u00dfen Unternehmen zu vertreten.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn der Koch einer Firma gewann (auch wenn er das Rezept selbst kreiert hatte), war es \u00fcblich, dass er das Gericht nach seinem Arbeitgeber benannte. Genauer gesagt, nach dem Eigent\u00fcmer des Unternehmens oder der Firma, f\u00fcr die er arbeitete.<\/p>\n<p>Stroganoff war ein Rezept, das aus diesem Wettbewerb hervorgegangen ist. Das Jahr war 1891, und der Gewinner war ein hervorragender franz\u00f6sischer Koch, der f\u00fcr eine wohlhabende Familie mit dem Namen Stroganov arbeitete. Die erste Schreibweise ist einfach eine Wiedergabe des Familiennamens, das sich aus dem Rezept ergibt, welches in der ganzen Welt verbreitet wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Das traditionelle hausgemachte Stroganoff-Gericht besteht aus Rindfleischstreifen, die in einer Sauerrahm-So\u00dfe gekocht, und dann mit Eiernudeln serviert werden. Mein Gericht ist jedoch nat\u00fcrlich <strong>fleischfrei<\/strong>. Nach etwa f\u00fcnf Minuten den Knoblauch in die Pfanne geben und eine weitere Minute braten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2.<\/strong> Den Herd auf mittlere Hitze stellen und die Champignons dazugeben und etwa f\u00fcnf Minuten lang braten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3.<\/strong> Nun den Wein und die Hefeflocken (falls verwendet) dazugeben. Ebenfalls die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche, Tamari und die Gew\u00fcrzmischung hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 4.<\/strong> W\u00e4hrend die Mischung zum Kochen gebracht wird, in einer separaten kleinen Sch\u00fcssel die Pflanzenmilch und die Maisst\u00e4rke gut vermischen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 5.<\/strong> Diese Mischung in die Pfanne geben und gut umr\u00fchren. Bei schwacher\/mittlerer Hitze etwa zehn Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Pilzsauce eingedickt ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 6.<\/strong> Die frischen Kr\u00e4uter deiner Wahl wie Estragon, Petersilie oder Thymian hinzuf\u00fcgen. Die Pilzso\u00dfe kann ebenfalls auf die gleiche Weise <strong>bis zu 3 Monate im Gefrierschrank<\/strong> gelagert werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pasta verwenden &#8211;<\/strong> Diese cremige Champignonso\u00dfe passt nicht nur hervorragend zu Reis, sondern auch zu <strong>Nudeln<\/strong>. Am besten passen breite Bandnudeln, da diese viel von der k\u00f6stlichen Pilzso\u00dfe aufnehmen k\u00f6nnen! Auch in Kombination mit Kartoffelp\u00fcree ist diese Speise ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sch\u00e4rfe hinzuf\u00fcgen &#8211;<\/strong> Wenn du deinem Gericht einen &#8222;scharfen Kick&#8220; geben m\u00f6chtest, kannst du einige rote Chiliflocken hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tofu f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliches Protein &#8211;<\/strong> Tofu w\u00fcrde hervorragend zu diesem Pilzgericht passen! Schneide hierzu den Tofu einfach in mittelgro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel und backe ihn bei 200 \u00b0C f\u00fcr 20-25 Minuten oder bis er goldbraun ist im Ofen.
