Wenn nicht, solltest du dieses Rezept einmal ausprobieren, denn Kartoffelpfannkuchen schmecken einfach fantastisch! Ich wollte die Potato Cakes besonders lecker machen, und deshalb habe ich sie mit <strong>Pilzen, Gem\u00fcse und veganem K\u00e4se gef\u00fcllt<\/strong>. Ich habe Reismehl verwendet, um diese Kartoffelk\u00fcchlein <strong>glutenfrei<\/strong> zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst aber auch Weizenmehl oder Dinkelmehl verwenden, falls du keine Glutenunvertr\u00e4glichkeit hast. Du brauchst vielleicht etwas weniger Mehl, aber du wirst sofort merken, ob die Konsistenz des Teigs stimmt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Teig sollte nicht klebrig sein. Wenn das passiert, dann waren deine Kartoffeln wahrscheinlich zu w\u00e4ssrig (nicht st\u00e4rkehaltig genug).<\/p>\n<h4><strong>WELCHE KARTOFFELSORTE FUNKTIONIERT AM BESTEN?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ich habe diese Kartoffelpfannkuchen ein paar Mal mit <strong>Allzweck-Kartoffeln<\/strong> gemacht, und das Ergebnis war hervorragend. Nat\u00fcrlich kamen auch verschiedene Gew\u00fcrze hinzu, die den Kartoffelpfannkuchen einen wunderbaren Geschmack verliehen.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst auch anderes Gem\u00fcse deiner Wahl benutzen, zum Beispiel Karotten, Kohl, Mais, Tomaten oder Brokkoli. Koche sie dann f\u00fcr etwa 20 Minuten in Salzwasser.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00fcrze die gekochten Kartoffeln mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskatnuss. Verwende einen Kartoffelstampfer, um die Kartoffeln zu stampfen. Bitte verwende keine K\u00fcchenmaschine, da das Kartoffelp\u00fcree sonst klebrig wird.<\/li>\n<li>Lasse das Kartoffelp\u00fcree abk\u00fchlen (in der Zwischenzeit kannst du die F\u00fcllung zubereiten), dann Mehl und Maisst\u00e4rke hinzugeben. Mit deinen H\u00e4nden gut vermischen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Schneide das Gem\u00fcse in W\u00fcrfel und brate die Zwiebel in einer Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l ca. 3-4 Minuten an. Gib die Champignons, den Knoblauch und auch die Paprika- und Zucchiniw\u00fcrfel hinzu. Brate das Gem\u00fcse ein paar Minuten weiter und w\u00fcrze das Gem\u00fcse mit Salz, Pfeffer und den anderen Gew\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Teile den Teig in 8 Teile auf (ca. je 100 g) und forme jeden Teigling zu Kugeln. Mache in der Mitte eine Vertiefung und gib etwa anderthalb Essl\u00f6ffel der F\u00fcllung hinein. Du kannst auch noch ein wenig veganen K\u00e4se dazu geben. Verschlie\u00dfe die Teigkugel vorsichtig mit etwas mehr Teig und flache die K\u00fcchlein leicht ab, damit sie wie dicke Pfannkuchen aussehen. Ich empfehle hierf\u00fcr das <strong>Video<\/strong> anzusehen.<\/li>\n<li>Erhitze etwa 2 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l in einer Pfanne und brate die Kartoffel K\u00fcchlein bei mittlerer Hitze auf beiden Seiten goldbraun. Ich lege oft einen Deckel auf die Pfanne, um sie zu garen. Sie werden au\u00dfen knusprig und innen weich sein. Obwohl ich es nicht selbst probiert habe, erhielt ich einige Nachrichten von meinen Abonnenten auf Instagram, die mir sagten, dass sie das bereits versucht haben. Es ist auch m\u00f6glich, die Kartoffelpl\u00e4tzchen <strong>einzufrieren<\/strong>. Ich empfehle, sie nach dem Braten\/Backen einzufrieren.
