Ein Gericht, auf das ich jedes Mal zur\u00fcckgreife, wenn ich Lust auf ein gem\u00fctliches und super s\u00e4ttigendes Essen habe, das aber einfach zuzubereiten ist, ist dieses One-Pot Linsen Dal!<\/p>\n<h2>Was bedeutet Dal?<\/h2>\n<p>Falls du mit der indischen K\u00fcche nicht so vertraut bist: Dal (auch Dahl, Daal oder Dhal genannt) ist nicht nur das Wort f\u00fcr Linsen, sondern auch eine aromatische, cremige, s\u00e4ttigende Suppe oder ein Eintopf-Gericht mit Linsen (oder manchmal auch mit anderen H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchten wie Spalterbsen und Bohnen). Auch bekannt als Linsen Dal.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist nicht nur sehr schmackhaft, sondern auch preiswert in der Zubereitung und voller N\u00e4hrstoffe und gesunder Zutaten. Daher ist es kein Wunder, dass es in Indien ein beliebtes Standardgericht ist. Puy-Linsen brauchen l\u00e4nger zum Kochen und rote Linsen werden zu matschig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Karotten:<\/strong> Oder S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln bzw. Butternussk\u00fcrbis verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromen:<\/strong> Dieses aromatische Linsen-Rezept, verwendet Knoblauch, Zwiebeln (oder Schalotten) und Ingwer f\u00fcr eine vielschichtige geschmackliche Note.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chili:<\/strong> Ich benutzte eine rote Chilischote f\u00fcr die Sch\u00e4rfe. Als Pluspunkt, das Dal schmeckt am n\u00e4chsten Tag noch besser!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> In einem gro\u00dfen gefriersicheren Beh\u00e4lter oder in mehreren Portionen aufgeteilt, kann das Dal bis zu 3 Monate lang eingefroren werden (am besten vor dem Hinzuf\u00fcgen der Kokosmilch). \u00dcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen, bevor es wieder aufgew\u00e4rmt wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Auf dem Herd oder in der Mikrowelle aufw\u00e4rmen. Grunds\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnen aber die meisten Linsen-Sorten f\u00fcr selbstgemachtes Dahl verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Bitte beachte jedoch, dass bei anderen Linsen-Sorten die Kochzeit entsprechend angepasst werden muss und die Konsistenz anders ist, d. h. rote Linsen sind breiiger, schwarze Linsen sind fester usw.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich Linsendal in einem Instant Pot zubereiten?<\/h3>\n<p>Zuerst die SAUTE-Funktion des Instant Pots f\u00fcr die Schritte 1-3 verwenden. Dann die Gew\u00fcrze, Linsen und nur 480 ml Br\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen und den Deckel verschlie\u00dfen. Das ganze 12 Minuten lang auf manueller Hochdruckstufe kochen. Sobald es fertig ist, den Druck 10 Minuten lang auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise ablassen und dann den Restdruck ablassen. Die Kokosmilch einr\u00fchren und noch 1 bis 2 Minuten weiter k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Fl\u00fcssigkeit eindickt. Dann abschmecken, anpassen und servieren!<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich gr\u00fcnes Linsen-Dal im Schongarer zubereiten?<\/h3>\n<p>Die Linsen werden zwar etwas weicher sein, aber es ist m\u00f6glich. Zun\u00e4chst sollte der Herd zum Anbraten verwendet werden.
