Komischerweise kam es mir nie in den Sinn, einen veganen <strong>Limetten-K\u00e4sekuchen<\/strong> zu backen, bis vor kurzem, als wir so viele Limetten zu Hause hatten. Und wei\u00dft du, was ich an diesem Kuchen am meisten liebe?<\/p>\n<p>Er ist <strong>leicht, cremig, spritzig und sehr lecker<\/strong>! Ich wei\u00df, dass sie Eier, Sauerrahm, Kondensmilch und andere nicht wirklich gesunde Zutaten enthalten.<\/p>\n<p>Da mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/mohn-kaesekuchen-vegan-glutenfrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>gebackener veganer K\u00e4sekuchen<\/strong><\/a> super lecker geworden ist, habe ich beschlossen, ein \u00e4hnliches Rezept zu kreieren, aber dieses Mal habe ich die Cashewn\u00fcsse weggelassen, denn ich wollten diesen Limettenkuchen nussfrei machen.<\/p>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5604 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Oil-free-vegan-gluten-free-pie-crust.jpg\" alt=\"\u00d6lfreier veganer glutenfreier Kuchenboden\" width=\"768\" height=\"873\" data-pin-description=\"Dieser vegane Limetten-K\u00e4sekuchen ist ein leckeres, leichtes und spritziges Dessert. Der Kuchenboden enth\u00e4lt gemahlene Haferflocken, unges\u00fc\u00dfte Kokosraspeln, Ahornsirup (du kannst jedes andere fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel verwenden) und 2 Chia-Eier. Das wars schon, nur 4 Zutaten.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Creme habe ich Seidentofu, Ahornsirup, Limettensaft, Sonnenblumenkernmus und Maisst\u00e4rke verwendet. Eine andere tolle nussfreie Alternative w\u00e4re Kokosnussmus. Das Rezept enth\u00e4lt nur 8 Zutaten und ist pflanzlich, glutenfrei, \u00f6lfrei, nussfrei, frei von raffiniertem Zucker und einfach zuzubereiten. #limettenk\u00e4sekuchen #veganerkeylimepie #veganerkuchen #veganerk\u00e4sekuchen | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3>Sojafreie Alternative<\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"de\"><span class=\"\">Um diesen Limetten-K\u00e4sekuchen sojafrei zu machen, kannst du beispielsweise <strong>Kokosnussjoghurt<\/strong> verwenden.<\/span> <span class=\"\">Eine andere Alternative w\u00e4re <strong>Kokosnusscreme<\/strong> (der dicke Part einer gek\u00fchlten Kokosnussdose).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"de\"><span class=\"\">Die K\u00e4sekuchencreme wird jedoch wahrscheinlich etwas d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssiger sein und der Kuchen muss voraussichtlich ein paar Minuten l\u00e4nger gebacken werden.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"de\"><span class=\"\">In den Rezept-Anmerkungen habe ich au\u00dferdem eine<strong> sojafreie Variante mit Cashewn\u00fcssen angegeben<\/strong>!<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5608 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/gluten-free-pudding-pie-with-limes.jpg\" alt=\"Puddingkuchen mit veganer Creme und Limetten\" width=\"768\" height=\"982\" data-pin-description=\"Dieser vegane Limetten-K\u00e4sekuchen ist ein leckeres, leichtes und spritziges Dessert. Das Rezept enth\u00e4lt nur 8 Zutaten und ist pflanzlich, glutenfrei, \u00f6lfrei, nussfrei, frei von raffiniertem Zucker und einfach zuzubereiten. #limettenk\u00e4sekuchen #veganerkeylimepie #veganerkuchen #veganerk\u00e4sekuchen | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3>Vegane Schlagcreme<\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"de\"><span class=\"\">Ich dekoriere meine Kuchen immer gerne und diesmal habe ich <\/span><span class=\"\">veganen &#8222;<strong>Marshmallow Fluff<\/strong>&#8220; ausprobiert.<\/span> Klingt vielleicht kompliziert, <span class=\"\">ist aber sehr einfach mit nur 3 Zutaten. Man braucht daf\u00fcr nur Aquafaba (die Fl\u00fcssigkeit aus einer Dose Kichererbsen), 60-80 ml Ahornsirup und 1 1\/2 TL Limettensaft zur Stabilisierung der geschlagenen Creme.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"de\">Du musst das<span class=\"\"> Aquafaba mit einem R\u00fchrger\u00e4t steif schlagen, was ungef\u00e4hr 10 Minuten dauert, und dann die anderen zwei Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen. Danach einfach den Limetten-K\u00e4sekuchen damit dekorieren. Es ist wirklich K<\/span>inderleicht!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"de\">Leider bleibt die aufgeschlagene Creme nicht dauerhaft steif und verfl\u00fcssigt sich nach einer Weile wieder.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">Eine andere gute M\u00f6glichkeit w\u00e4re es <strong>Kokosnusssahne<\/strong> zu verwenden.<\/span> Daf\u00fcr brauchst du<span class=\"\"> nur eine Dose Kokosmilch. Diese musst du mindestens 8 Stunden lang im K\u00fchlschrank lassen, ohne sie zu sch\u00fctteln.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">Verwendet wird nur die dicke Creme, die sich oben absetzt (nicht das Wasser!).<\/span> Das <span class=\"\">Aufschlagen funktioniert jedoch nicht mit allen Kokosmilchdosen, manchmal musst du mit verschiedenen experimentieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"blast mmt-sentence\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5609 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/whipped-marshmallow-fluff-made-from-aquafaba.jpg\" alt=\"Aufgeschlagene vegane Sahne (Aquafaba) aus Kichererbsenwasser\" width=\"768\" height=\"769\" data-pin-description=\"Dieser vegane Limetten-K\u00e4sekuchen ist ein leckeres, leichtes und spritziges Dessert.
