Nun, ich mag Gem\u00fcse, Pilze und veganen K\u00e4se sehr. So eine Chicago style &#8222;<strong>Deep Dish Pizza<\/strong>&#8220; (wie man sie in USA nennt) kann man, aufgrund der tiefen Form, mit sehr viel Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcllen. Somit ist es eigentlich ein ziemlich gesundes Rezept. Wenn du keine (gekaufte) glutenfreie Mehlmischung zu Hause hast, solltest du diese glutenfreie Mehlmischung unbedingt ausprobieren.<\/p>\n<p>Falls es dir jedoch egal ist, ob der Pizzateig glutenfrei ist oder nicht, dann kannst du auch einen Pizzateig aus Weizenmehl oder Dinkelmehl machen. Aber daf\u00fcr gibt es eine einfache L\u00f6sung: Du kannst dieses Rezept auch mit einer zus\u00e4tzlichen Teigschicht machen.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu musst du den Teig einfach in 2 St\u00fccke teile, ein St\u00fcck sollte jedoch gr\u00f6\u00dfer sein als das andere. Den gr\u00f6\u00dferen ausgerollten Teig gibst du in die Springform und der kleinere ausgerollten Teig kommt als zus\u00e4tzliche Schicht zwischen die Gem\u00fcseschichten! Somit hat diese Deep Dish Pizza mehr Halt und bleibt beim Anschneiden in Form. F\u00fcge die Hefe, Zucker und das Oliven\u00f6l hinzu und stelle die Mischung f\u00fcr ungef\u00e4hr 10 Minuten beiseite, um die Hefe zu testen. Der Teig wird anfangs zu nass erscheinen, aber das wird sich innerhalb von ein paar Minuten \u00e4ndern. Den Teig mit den H\u00e4nden etwa 5 Minuten kneten (es ist normal, dass der Teig etwas klebrig ist), danach einen Teigball formen und (vorzugsweise an einem warmen Ort) f\u00fcr etwa 60 Minuten gehen lassen. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe sollte sich verdoppeln.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-2687-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sobald der Teig aufgegangen ist, legst du ihn auf eine bemehlte Oberfl\u00e4che und rollst ihn mit einem Nudelholz aus (ca. 0,6-0,8 cm). Dies hilft der Pizza, die Form zu behalten, wenn man sie anschneidet. Um dies zu machen, teilst du den Teig einfach in 2 Teile, von denen einer gr\u00f6\u00dfer als der andere ist.
