Spa\u00df beiseite, Quesadillas sind einfach so lecker! Ich war s\u00fcchtig nach K\u00e4se, bevor ich vegan wurde und deshalb bin ich jedes Mal total happy, wenn ich eine neue vegane &#8222;k\u00e4sige K\u00f6stlichkeit&#8220; kreiere. Und dies ist eine davon!<\/p>\n<p>Probiere diese gef\u00fcllten veganen Wraps gerne aus, wenn du mir nicht glaubst, sie sind wirklich richtig gut. Du kannst die Tortilla nur mit veganem K\u00e4se f\u00fcllen, du kannst sie aber auch mit deinem Lieblingsgem\u00fcse zubereiten. Entweder kann ich keine ausgefallenen veganen Produkte im Supermarkt kaufen oder ich m\u00f6chte sie nicht kaufen, da sie viele ungesunde Zutaten enthalten. Deshalb habe ich f\u00fcr dieses Rezept meine beliebte <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>vegane K\u00e4sesauce<\/strong><\/a> verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe noch einen Teel\u00f6ffel <strong>Flohsamenschalenpulver<\/strong> hinzugef\u00fcgt, denn dieses hilft, die So\u00dfe dicker zu machen. Ich finde au\u00dferdem, dass die gef\u00fcllten Tortillas dadurch auch besser zusammenhalten. Du kannst das Flohsamenschalenpulver jedoch weglassen, wenn du es nicht vorr\u00e4tig hast.<\/p>\n<p>Die K\u00e4sesauce ist in 3 Minuten fertig, sie ist au\u00dferdem nussfrei (keine Cashewn\u00fcsse enthalten!), sojafrei und lecker.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du allerdings keine eigene vegane K\u00e4seso\u00dfe zubereiten m\u00f6chtest, kannst du einfach einen gekauften veganen K\u00e4se verwenden. F\u00fcr vegane Quesadillas w\u00fcrde ich <strong>veganen Mozzarella<\/strong> oder <strong>veganen Cheddar-K\u00e4se<\/strong> empfehlen. Du musst nur das Gem\u00fcse anbraten, w\u00fcrzen, die vegane K\u00e4seso\u00dfe zubereiten (oder gekauften K\u00e4se verwenden) und die Tortillas bereithalten.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\">\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-3406-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">\u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen, 1 EL Sojasauce, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Paprika und Champignons dazugeben und 3-4 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten. Mais, schwarze Bohnen und die Gew\u00fcrzmischung hinzugeben und f\u00fcr weitere 3-4 Minuten anbraten.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Die <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\"><strong>vegane K\u00e4sesauce<\/strong><\/a> anr\u00fchren und einige EL davon auf eine Tortilla streichen. Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch jeden anderen veganen K\u00e4se deiner Wahl verwenden.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">2-4 EL von der Gem\u00fcsemischung dazugeben und eine weitere Tortilla dar\u00fcber legen.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">F\u00fcr 2-3 Minuten in einer Pfanne anbraten (toasten). Die Oberseite mit etwas \u00d6l einpinseln, dann vorsichtig wenden und von der anderen Seite anbraten, bis beide Seiten goldbraun sind.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Diese Schritte f\u00fcr die restlichen Tortillas wiederholen. In 4 St\u00fccke schneiden und warm genie\u00dfen!<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ich mache meine eigenen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tortillas-rezept-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Tortillas<\/strong><\/a> aus Kichererbsenmehl und Tapiokamehl, weil ich im Laden keine glutenfreien Tortillas kaufen kann.
