Dies war eines meiner Lieblingsgerichte in meiner Kindheit. Germkn\u00f6del, wie sie in \u00d6sterreich genannt werden, sind einfach toll, weil man sie beliebig variieren kann, indem man unterschiedliche F\u00fcllungen verwendet. Wenn du <strong>vegane Dampfnudeln<\/strong> noch nie selbst gemacht hast, solltest du das wirklich mal ausprobieren, denn es ist gar nicht kompliziert. Um ehrlich zu sein, es ist ziemlich schwierig, vegane UND glutenfreie Desserts zu machen, die Hefe enthalten. Die meisten Rezepte sind entweder vegan oder glutenfrei, weil das Arbeiten ohne Gluten und Eier eine Herausforderung ist, aber es ist machbar. Heidelbeerkompott schmeckt k\u00f6stlich (ich habe es bereits ausprobiert und ein Foto auf meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BkwaXGqAU1g\/?taken-by=elavegan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram Account<\/a> gepostet). Du kannst die F\u00fcllung auch komplett weglassen! Eigentlich ist es nicht ungew\u00f6hnlich, Dampfnudeln ungef\u00fcllt zu lassen, aber eine fruchtige F\u00fcllung macht sie meiner Meinung nach noch besser. Pflaumenmus ist aber wahrscheinlich am popul\u00e4rsten. Du kannst sie auch pikant machen (hierbei einfach den Zucker weglassen) aber ich muss zugeben, dass ich das noch nie ausprobiert habe.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe schon \u00fcberlegt die Dampfnudeln mit Schokolade zu f\u00fcllen, da ich Schokolade einfach so sehr liebe. Die Salzkruste geh\u00f6rt meiner Meinung nach dazu, man kann sie aber nat\u00fcrlich auch weglassen. Sie bildet sich, wenn man die Dampfnudeln in einer Pfanne mit ein wenig \u00d6l, Wasser und etwas Salz zubereitet. Die Dampfnudeln werden f\u00fcr ca 25 Minuten in der Pfanne ged\u00e4mpft. In dieser Zeit sollte man den Deckel nicht anheben, da sie sonst zusammenfallen k\u00f6nnen.
