Ich bevorzuge ganz weiche Kekse, die <strong>super soft und fluffig<\/strong> sind. Deswegen habe ich viel in der K\u00fcche experimentiert und es dauerte eine Weile, bis ich vollkommen zufrieden war.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ergebnis sind diese weichen, mit Schokolade gef\u00fcllten Kekse, die das Herz von jedem Keksliebhaber h\u00f6herschlagen lassen werden. Mein Freund war meine Testperson &#8230; Ich gab ihm einen Keks und fragte: &#8222;Wie findest du den Geschmack&#8220;? Und er meinte: &#8222;Super lecker, hast du Butter hinzugef\u00fcgt?!&#8220; Ich: &#8222;Nat\u00fcrlich nicht! Ich habe Bohnen verwendet&#8220;. Du kannst einfach <strong>gemahlene Hanfsamen<\/strong> anstelle von gemahlenen Mandeln benutzen. Du kannst auch gemahlene Sonnenblumenkerne verwenden, jedoch k\u00f6nnen die Kekse dann aus folgendem Grund gr\u00fcn werden&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Die gr\u00fcne Farbe entsteht durch eine chemische Reaktion zwischen dem\/der Chlorophyll\/Chlorogens\u00e4ure in Sonnenblumenkernen und dem Backpulver und\/oder Natron. Ich habe diese Erfahrung einmal gemacht, als ich &#8222;<a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/blondies-rezept-glutenfrei-pflanzlich\/\"><strong>Blondies<\/strong><\/a>&#8220; mit Sonnenblumenkernmus gebacken habe.
