Es fehlte jedoch etwas&#8230; es war die Avocado, <strong>die diese Pizza noch schmackhafter gemacht hat<\/strong>. Es ist wichtig, die Avocado NACH dem Backen hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, weil ich die Erfahrung gemacht habe, dass gebackene Avocado komisch schmeckt (hast du das auch schon bemerkt?). Ich benutze das Rezept f\u00fcr alle meine Pizzen und der Teig gelingt immer bestens. Ich mache oft eine mittelgro\u00dfe Pizza, mit einem etwas dickeren Teig. Dieses Mal habe ich allerdings eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Pizza gemacht, deshalb ist der Pizzaboden etwas d\u00fcnner und knuspriger geworden.
