Dies war das dritte Mal, dass ich diesen k\u00f6stlichen Leckerbissen gemacht habe, und weil ich das Dessert so sehr liebe, m\u00f6chte ich dir das Rezept gerne vorstellen. Sobald du sie gemacht hast, willst du keine &#8222;normalen&#8220; Pfannkuchen mehr essen, weil diese Schoki-Pfannkuchen wirklich s\u00fcchtig machen, haha.<\/p>\n<p>Auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/elavegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Pinterest<\/span><\/a> habe ich das erste Mal Pfannkuchen gesehen, die mit Schokocreme gef\u00fcllt waren. Ich habe ein paar Rezepte angeklickt, die den Titel hatten: &#8222;<strong>Nutella\u00ae stuffed pancakes<\/strong>&#8220; und ich war fasziniert und dachte mir, das kann ich auf jeden Fall veganisieren! Du brauchst nur wenige Zutaten und du hast sie alle wahrscheinlich schon zu Hause!<\/p>\n<p>Als Eiersatz habe ich eine kleine Banane und 1 EL gemahlene Chiasamen verwendet. Du kannst auch gemahlene Leinsamen und Apfelmus nehmen, wenn du den Geschmack von Bananen nicht magst. Anstelle von Kuhmilch habe ich Pflanzenmilch (ich mische immer Kokosnussmilch aus der Dose mit Wasser im Verh\u00e4ltnis 1: 1) benutzt, aber du kannst jede andere Pflanzenmilch deiner Wahl verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Pfannkuchen wurden wirklich super fluffig mit einer Mischung aus Hafermehl und Reismehl. Aber jedes Mehl (au\u00dfer Kokosmehl) sollte gut funktionieren, zum Beispiel Buchweizenmehl, Quinoa Mehl usw.<\/p>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full
