Ich habe bereits andere vegane S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten auf meinem Blog ver\u00f6ffentlicht, darunter <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/bounty-rezept-vegan\/\">Bounty Riegel<\/a><\/strong>, selbstgemachte <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/ferrero-rocher-kugeln\/\">Ferrero Rocher<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kokosbaellchen-vegan-glutenfrei-paleo\/\">Raffaello Kokosb\u00e4llchen<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-weisse-schokolade\/\">wei\u00dfe Schokolade<\/a><\/strong> und sogar <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/gummibaerchen-selber-machen\/\">Gummib\u00e4rchen<\/a><\/strong>! Nun sind diese leckeren veganen Erdnussriegel an der Reihe!<\/p>\n<p>Nach wochenlangem Testen habe ich endlich vegane Snickers kreiert, die k\u00f6stlich, reichhaltig und dennoch ges\u00fcnder sind als normale Schokoriegel. Tats\u00e4chlich enth\u00e4lt die Zutatenliste von Snickers <strong>Magermilchpulver, Molkenprotein, Molkenpulver, Milchfett, Eiwei\u00dfpulver<\/strong> und <strong>Milchprotein<\/strong>. Dar\u00fcber hinaus enth\u00e4lt es auch die umstrittene Zutat Palmfett. Ich habe f\u00fcr diese ges\u00fcndere Variante vier Schichten (statt drei) kombiniert, und das Ergebnis ist wunderbar cremig, reichhaltig, schokoladig und k\u00f6stlich. Aber nicht nur das: Das Rezept kann auch ohne<strong>\u00a0raffinierten Zucker<\/strong> und sogar <strong>nussfrei<\/strong> hergestellt werden!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Boden habe ich einfach mein gesundes Rezept f\u00fcr <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/rohkost-brownies-vegan-glutenfrei-gesund\/\">Rohkost Brownies<\/a> <\/strong>verwendet. Diese Schicht kommt zwar in den original Snickers nicht vor, aber es ist sowohl eine gesunde, als auch leckere Basis. Dar\u00fcber kommt eine reichhaltige und cremige Cashew-Kokoscreme (und nein, sie schmeckt nicht nach Kokosnuss). Anschlie\u00dfend gibt es eine k\u00f6stliche Karamellschicht (f\u00fcr die ich mehrere Versuche brauchte, um sie genau so hinzukriegen), die mit oder ohne raffinierten Zucker hergestellt und durch die Zugabe von Erdn\u00fcssen verfeinert wird. Zum Schluss werden die Erdnuss-Karamell-Riegel mit selbstgemachter, nat\u00fcrlich ges\u00fc\u00dfter Schokolade \u00fcberzogen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ergebnis sind leckere vegane Snickers, die deine ganze Familie lieben wird. Sie sind super lecker und das perfekte vegane Dessert, um deinen Hei\u00dfhunger auf S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten zu stillen! #veganesnickers #snickersselbermachen #snickersrezept #erdnussriegel #schokoriegel #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Zutaten f\u00fcr vegane Snickers<\/h2>\n<h3>Der Boden<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Brownie-Boden:<\/strong> Als Grundlage f\u00fcr die selbstgemachten Snickers habe ich diese gesunden <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/rohkost-brownies-vegan-glutenfrei-gesund\/\">Rohkost Brownies<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0genommen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Die Creme-Schicht<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Du musst die dicke &#8222;Creme&#8220; aus einer Dose gek\u00fchlter Vollfett-Kokosmilch verwenden (oder Kokoscreme). Ich empfehle, die Dose \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank stehen zu lassen, damit sie sich trennen und eindicken kann (hebe das Kokoswasser f\u00fcr Smoothies usw. auf). Alternativ kannst du auch vegane Sahne nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cashews:<\/strong> Diese helfen dabei, eine besonders cremige Konsistenz zu erzielen. Alternativ kannst du auch Macadamia-N\u00fcsse daf\u00fcr einsetzen. Als nussfreie Variante eignen sich auch eingeweichte Sonnenblumenkerne, allerdings ist das Ergebnis nicht ganz so cremig. Alternativ kannst du auch Seidentofu (130 g) verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hafermehl:<\/strong> Du kannst entweder Hafermehl oder Mandelmehl w\u00e4hlen. Verwende kein normales Mehl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder einen anderen beliebigen fl\u00fcssigen Sirup (z. B. Agavendicksaft\/Reissirup). F\u00fcr zuckerfreie Snickers kannst du auch einen zuckerfreien Sirup nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanille:<\/strong> Nat\u00fcrlicher Vanilleextrakt sorgt f\u00fcr den besten Geschmack.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Die Karamellschicht<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel deiner Wahl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> F\u00fcr diese Schicht sollte sie aus einer gesch\u00fcttelten Dose kommen (nicht gek\u00fchlt).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zucker:<\/strong> Nimm entweder braunen Zucker oder Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker (der nicht raffiniert ist). Wenn du eine Zuckeralternative w\u00e4hlst, kann es sein, dass das Karamell nicht genug eindickt (du w\u00fcrdest dann Maisst\u00e4rke ben\u00f6tigen).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erdnussmus:<\/strong> Nimm am besten cremiges Erdnussmus, aber auch Sonnenblumenkernmus eignet sich daf\u00fcr (f\u00fcr eine nussfreie Variante).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erdn\u00fcsse:<\/strong> Eigentlich optional, aber du kannst gerne Erdn\u00fcsse in die Karamellschicht mischen. Du kannst rohe Erdn\u00fcsse verwenden, aber ger\u00f6stete bringen mehr Geschmack und Crunch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Nur eine Prise zur Verst\u00e4rkung des Karamellgeschmacks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>F\u00fcr eine noch ges\u00fcndere Variante mit Dattel-Karamell kannst du den Abschnitt in den Rezept-Anmerkungen weiter unten lesen.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Die Schokoladenschicht<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kakaobutter und Kakaopulver:<\/strong> Wird f\u00fcr die Herstellung von selbstgemachter Schokolade ben\u00f6tigt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokos\u00f6l:<\/strong> Dadurch h\u00e4rtet die Schokoladenschicht schneller aus und wirkt eher wie eine &#8222;H\u00fclle&#8220;, die etwas weicher ist (besser zum Schneiden).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein fl\u00fcssiger Sirup deiner Wahl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Alternativ kannst du auch 200 g deiner veganen Lieblingsschokolade verwenden, die du \u00fcber einem Wasserbad schmilzt und mit 1 EL Kokos\u00f6l vermengst.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Die vollst\u00e4ndige <strong>Zutatenliste<\/strong>, die <strong>Ma\u00dfangaben<\/strong> und die <strong>N\u00e4hrwertangaben<\/strong> findest du im untenstehenden Rezept.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3189 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Vegan-Snickers-bars-gluten-free-chocolate-dessert.jpg\" alt=\"Nahaufnahme vegane Schokoriegel mit Cashew-Kokos-Creme und Erdnuss-Karamellschicht\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1204\" data-pin-description=\"Vegane Snickers kann man einfach selber machen mit einem No-Bake Brownie Boden, einer Kokos-Cashew-Creme und einer Erdnuss-Karamell-Schicht, verfeinert mit einer Schokoladenschicht ohne raffinierten Zucker. Sie sind super lecker und das perfekte vegane Dessert, um deinen Hei\u00dfhunger auf S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten zu stillen! #veganesnickers #snickersselbermachen #snickersrezept #erdnussriegel #schokoriegel #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Vegane Snickers selber machen &#8211; Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt<\/h2>\n<h4><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuerst die Cashewkerne mindestens eine Stunde lang in warmem Wasser einweichen (oder \u00fcber Nacht in kaltem Wasser), dann das Wasser wegsch\u00fctten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>F\u00fcr eine schnelle Methode die Cashewkerne 15-20 Minuten kochen oder bis sie weich sind.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 1: Den Brownie-Boden vorbereiten<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit &#8211; falls noch nicht geschehen &#8211; das Rezept f\u00fcr gesunde <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/rohkost-brownies-vegan-glutenfrei-gesund\/\">No-Bake-Brownies<\/a> <\/strong>als Boden zubereiten. Dann den Teig fest in eine mit Folie oder Backpapier ausgelegte Backform mit den Ma\u00dfen 22&#215;14 cm dr\u00fccken und in den Gefrierschrank stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 2: Die Creme-Schicht vorbereiten<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Creme-Schicht in einem Hochleistungsmixer p\u00fcrieren (in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine wird es nicht ganz so glatt sein), bis alles glatt und cremig ist. Dann die Creme \u00fcber den No-Bake Boden gie\u00dfen und wieder in den Gefrierschrank stellen, bis sie fest ist (etwa eine Stunde).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 3: Die Karamellschicht zubereiten<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Alle Zutaten (au\u00dfer den Erdn\u00fcssen) f\u00fcr die Karamellschicht in einen kleinen Kochtopf geben und zum Kochen bringen. Dann die Hitze auf niedrige Stufe reduzieren und unter h\u00e4ufigem R\u00fchren k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Mischung eindickt und sich reduziert. Die Karamellschicht \u00fcber die Creme gie\u00dfen und die Erdn\u00fcsse (falls gew\u00fcnscht) dar\u00fcber streuen. Dann wieder in den Gefrierschrank stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Schritt 4: Die Schokoladenschicht zubereiten<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Kakaobutter und das Kokos\u00f6l im Wasserbad erhitzen (eine Sch\u00fcssel \u00fcber einem kleinen Topf mit ein paar Zentimetern kochendem Wasser stellen &#8211; darauf achten, dass das Wasser den Boden der Sch\u00fcssel nicht ber\u00fchrt). Dann die restlichen Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Alternativ kannst du auch einfach die vegane Schokolade deiner Wahl nehmen und sie im Wasserbad schmelzen.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dann die geschmolzene Schokoladenschicht \u00fcber das Karamell gie\u00dfen und weitere 15 Minuten im Gefrierfach abk\u00fchlen lassen, bevor man das Dessert in St\u00fccke\/Riegel schneidet und genie\u00dft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Um das Schneiden zu erleichtern, empfehle ich das Messer in ein Glas mit hei\u00dfem Wasser zu stellen, um es zu erw\u00e4rmen und dann vor dem Schneiden abzuwischen. Diese Variante ist weicher als im gefrorenen Zustand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Bewahre die veganen Snickers in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im Gefrierschrank f\u00fcr 1-2 Monate auf. Deshalb empfehle ich, mehrere unterschiedliche Dosen in den K\u00fchlschrank zu stellen. Alternativ kannst du auch Kokoscreme kaufen (sie muss nicht gek\u00fchlt werden).<\/li>\n<li><strong>So macht man Dattel-Karamell:<\/strong> Nimm 200 g Datteln (vorher 30 Minuten in hei\u00dfem Wasser einweichen), 120 ml Kokosmilch und 40 g cremiges Erdnussmus. Alle Zutaten in der K\u00fcchenmaschine p\u00fcrieren, bis die Masse sch\u00f6n cremig ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Den Brownie-Boden weglassen:<\/strong> Um Zeit und einige Arbeitsschritte zu sparen, kannst du den Brownie-Boden ganz weglassen und die Schokoladenschicht f\u00fcr den oberen und unteren Teil verdoppeln (dann die Riegel komplett in Schokolade eintauchen, um sie vollst\u00e4ndig zu \u00fcberziehen).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Achte darauf, dass der Zucker vegan ist:<\/strong> Wenn du raffinierten Zucker benutzt, sind nicht alle Marken vegan (Bio-Zucker ist jedoch in der Regel vegan).<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr einzelne Riegel:<\/strong> Du kannst einzelne Silikonf\u00f6rmchen f\u00fcr Riegel verwenden (du brauchst allerdings mehrere). Es dauert l\u00e4nger, da du jede Riegelform einzeln f\u00fcllen musst.
