Ich mache mindestens 1x die Woche Pizza, weil ich nunmal ein riesen Fan von Pizza bin. Schon als Kind liebte ich es, in italienischen Restaurants zu essen und habe selbstverst\u00e4ndlich immer Pizza bestellt. Manchmal nur eine Pizza Margherita, oft eine Pizza mit Pilzen oder eine Pizza mit viel K\u00e4se (ja, ich war s\u00fcchtig nach K\u00e4se, bevor ich vegan wurde). Ich liebe einfach die <strong>Vielf\u00e4ltigkeit<\/strong> von Pizza. Man kann sie mit Allerlei Leckereien belegen und genauso gestalten wie man m\u00f6chte. Au\u00dferdem ist es meine Leidenschaft, <strong>glutenfreie Rezepte<\/strong> zu kreieren, weil ich einfach gerne in der K\u00fcche experimentiere und neue Dinge ausprobiere. Ich wei\u00df, dass es viel einfacher ist, normales Mehl zu verwenden, und das Ergebnis ist meistens perfekt aufgrund des Glutens, aber ich vermisse dabei die Herausforderung.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem habe ich viele Leser, die glutenfreie Rezepte bevorzugen, deshalb sind alle meine Rezepte auf meinem Blog<strong> vegan UND glutenfrei<\/strong>. Und um die Wahrheit zu sagen, ich habe schon sehr viele verschiedene Rezepte ausprobiert. Ich habe bereits ein Rezept f\u00fcr einen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/pizzateig-rezept-mit-suesskartoffeln\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">glutenfreien Pizzateig mit nur zwei Zutaten<\/span><\/a> auf meinem Blog, aber es ist kein Teig, der aufgeht und enth\u00e4lt ausserdem weisse (japanische) S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln, die in Deutschland nicht leicht verf\u00fcgbar sind.
