Ich mag es schon, aber nur, wenn es gesund ist. Daher habe ich mich entschieden dieses <strong>Rezept f\u00fcr knusprige Kartoffelecken mit einer selbstgemachten veganen Parmesan-Panade <\/strong>zu kreieren.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu gab es zwei verschiedene Dips, zum einen Guacamole und zum anderen eine leckere Tomatensauce. Das Rezept ist super einfach zu machen und du wirst nur ein paar Zutaten brauchen. Der <strong>k\u00e4sige Geschmack<\/strong> kommt von den Hefeflocken, die ein wundervolles Aroma haben.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe gemahlene Mandeln verwendet, weil Mandeln gesunde Fette enthalten und den Geschmack der Hefeflocken unterstreichen. Du kannst aber auch gemahlene Cashewn\u00fcsse anstelle von gemahlenen Mandeln verwenden.
