Stattdessen kannst du gemahlene N\u00fcsse\/Kerne deiner Wahl verwenden, z. B. Mandeln.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Waln\u00fcsse:<\/strong> Sie passen meiner Meinung nach perfekt zu einem Karottenkuchen. Du kannst aber auch andere N\u00fcsse oder Kerne deiner Wahl verwenden, z. B. Haseln\u00fcsse, Pekann\u00fcsse, Sonnenblumenkerne, K\u00fcrbiskerne usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Zimt, Ingwer (ich bevorzuge frischen, aber Ingwerpulver ist auch in Ordnung), Piment und ein wenig Salz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Die Cashew-Creme enth\u00e4lt:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cashews:<\/strong> Sie sind einfach perfekt f\u00fcr cremige No-Bake-Desserts, da sie sich in eine glatte Creme verwandeln, wenn sie mit etwas Fl\u00fcssigkeit p\u00fcriert werden. Du kannst Pinienkerne oder sogar Sonnenblumenkerne als Ersatz versuchen, aber Cashews funktionieren am besten!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch:<\/strong> Ich bevorzuge Kokosmilch aus der Dose f\u00fcr eine reichhaltige und k\u00f6stliche Creme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ein fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Zum Beispiel Ahornsirup. Jedes andere fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel funktioniert auch gut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maisst\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Zum Andicken der Creme. Kartoffelst\u00e4rke ist auch in Ordnung.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokos\u00f6l:<\/strong> Ich empfehle kein anderes \u00d6l, da Kokos\u00f6l im gek\u00fchlten Zustand fest ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanillepulver:<\/strong> F\u00fcgt einen sch\u00f6nen Geschmack hinzu. Ich habe das selbst zwar noch nicht getestet, daher musst du bei den Mengen eventuell etwas herumprobieren. Wenn du es eilig hast, kannst du sie auch etwa 15 Minuten in Wasser k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis sie weich sind. <em>Wenn du einen Vitamix hast, dann brauchst du sie nicht einzuweichen.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Au\u00dferdem eine 18&#215;18 cm gro\u00dfe Form mit Backpapier auskleiden. Du kannst ebenfalls eine runde Springform verwenden. Nun das Hafermehl und die Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen und erneut mixen.<\/li>\n<li>Als N\u00e4chstes die Karotten und Datteln hinzuf\u00fcgen und so lange mixen bis die Zutaten alle gut vermengt sind. Du solltest den Teig nicht zu lange mixen, da er sonst zu klebrig wird, aber der Teig sollte gut zusammenhalten, wenn du ihn zwischen den Fingern zusammendr\u00fcckst. <em>Wenn er zu trocken ist, p\u00fcriere etwas l\u00e4nger oder f\u00fcge mehr Datteln oder ein wenig \u00d6l hinzu.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Die H\u00e4lfte des Teiges in die Form dr\u00fccken und die Form anschlie\u00dfend ins Gefrierfach stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15968\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/2-step-by-step-photos-how-to-make-carrot-cake-bars.jpg\" alt=\"2 Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Fotos, wie man einen Teig mit Karotten macht\" width=\"598\" height=\"901\" data-pin-description=\"Dieser vegane M\u00f6hrenkuchen ist saftig, cremig und unglaublich lecker! Anschlie\u00dfend die Mischung zum Kochen bringen. Alles ca. eine Minute k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis es dick ist, wie Pudding. Danach beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Die anderen Zutaten f\u00fcr die Creme in einen Mixer geben, den Pudding hinzuf\u00fcgen und so lange p\u00fcrieren, bis die Creme klumpenfrei und cremig ist. Je nach Mixer kann dies ein paar Minuten dauern.<\/li>\n<li>Die H\u00e4lfte der Creme auf den Teig geben und die Form f\u00fcr etwa 1 Stunde in den Gefrierschrank stellen (oder bis die Cremeschicht einigerma\u00dfen fest ist). Dann die andere H\u00e4lfte des Teiges obendrauf geben, etwas festdr\u00fccken und schlie\u00dflich die restliche Creme dar\u00fcber geben. Stelle die Form f\u00fcr mindestens 2-3 Stunden (oder bis sie fest ist) in den Gefrierschrank. <em>In den nachfolgenden Rezept-Anmerkungen beschreibe ich eine einfachere Methode.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Sobald du den Karottenkuchen aus der Form geholt hast, solltest du ihn kurz auftauen lassen und danach in 8-12 St\u00fccke schneiden. Du kannst auch nur zwei Schichten machen, was den ganzen Prozess ebenfalls beschleunigt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Datteln einweichen:<\/strong> Es ist wichtig, dass du Datteln verwendest, die sehr weich und saftig sind. Wenn sie das nicht sind, dann gib sie einfach in eine Sch\u00fcssel und \u00fcbergie\u00dfe sie mit hei\u00dfem Wasser (ca. 20 Minuten lang einweichen lassen oder bis sie weich sind).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Karottenkuchen-Muffins \/Cupcakes:<\/strong> Falls du keine eckige oder runde Form hast, kannst du auch eine Muffinform verwenden, um Muffins bzw. Cupcakes zu machen, die zudem total s\u00fc\u00df aussehen!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marzipan-M\u00f6hren:<\/strong> Wenn du dich fragst, wie ich diese &#8222;schicken&#8220; M\u00f6hren gemacht habe &#8211; nun, ich habe <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/marzipan-selber-machen\/\"><strong>selbstgemachtes Marzipan<\/strong><\/a> verwendet und es mit etwas rote Beete-Pulver und Kurkumapulver gef\u00e4rbt. Es ist nicht n\u00f6tig, den M\u00f6hrenkuchen einzufrieren, da die St\u00fccke fest bleiben und nicht schmelzen.<\/p>\n<p>Aber du kannst sie nat\u00fcrlich auch <strong>einfrieren<\/strong> (bis zu 3 Monate).
