Sie bieten nicht nur eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an verschiedenen Gem\u00fcsesorten, sondern sind auch sehr n\u00e4hrstoffreich und vielseitig. Buddha Bowls bestehen in der Regel aus einer tollen Kombination aus Blattgem\u00fcse, gesunden Fetten, Proteinen und Kohlenhydraten. Das Ergebnis ist eine vollwertige Bowl voller Vitamine, Mineralstoffe, Antioxidantien und Ballaststoffe, die dich stundenlang satt h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Laut <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbandictionary.com\/define.php?term=buddha+bowl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Urban Dictionary<\/a><\/strong> wird eine Buddha Bowl im Englischen folgenderma\u00dfen beschrieben: &#8222;a bowl which is packed so full that it has a rounded &#8218;belly&#8216; appearance on the top much like the belly of a Buddha.\u201c Das bedeutet auf Deutsch so viel wie &#8222;Eine Schale, die so voll gepackt ist, dass sie oben eine W\u00f6lbung hat, \u00e4hnlich wie der Bauch eines Buddhas&#8220;. Manche sagen, es k\u00f6nnte an der Art und Weise liegen, wie buddhistische M\u00f6nche kleine Portionen verschiedenster Nahrungsmittel essen. So oder so klingt es f\u00fcr mich k\u00f6stlich!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr diese vegane Buddha Bowl habe ich nat\u00fcrlich auf Fleisch und Milchprodukte verzichtet und stattdessen knusprige Kichererbsen als Proteinquelle verwendet. Dazu gibt es gesunde Fette einer Avocado, einige meiner liebsten rohen und ballaststoffreichen Gem\u00fcsesorten, glutenfreie Nudeln und eine cremige Avocado-Limetten-So\u00dfe (man kann ja nie genug Avocado haben!).<\/p>\n<p>Diese bunte Bowl mit Kichererbsen wird ganz einfach zubereitet. Genau wie <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/gebratene-asia-nudeln\/\">Wokgerichte<\/a><\/strong> ist es ein Gericht, das nur darauf wartet, die Reste der Vorratskammer und aus dem K\u00fchlschrank zu verwerten. Du kannst dieses Gericht am Ende der Woche zubereiten, indem du alles aufbrauchst, was du gerade da hast. Alternativ kannst du aber auch zu Wochenbeginn mehrere Zutaten vorbereiten und sie im Laufe der Woche zu gesunde Mahlzeiten zusammenstellen. Du kannst diese jedoch durch andere bevorzugten komplexen Kohlenhydraten ersetzen (siehe unten).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Ich habe eine Kombination aus Karotte, Zucchini (oft auch Gurke), Tomate, Kraut und Avocado verwendet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kichererbsen:<\/strong> Die Kichererbsen habe ich mit etwas Kokos\u00f6l, Currypulver, Salz und Pfeffer leicht angebraten. Du kannst auch diese knusprigen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/geroestete-kichererbsen\/\"><strong>ger\u00f6steten Kichererbsen<\/strong><\/a> ausprobieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frucht:<\/strong> Ich habe Ananas verwendet. Wenn du kein Fan von s\u00fc\u00df-sauer bist, kannst du sie auch weglassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avocado-Limetten-Dressing:<\/strong> Hierf\u00fcr brauchst du Avocado, Gurke, Knoblauch, Limettensaft, Tahini, Pflanzenmilch, Salz &amp; Pfeffer. Du kannst mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Gew\u00fcrzen experimentieren, z. B. gemahlenem Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Zwiebelpulver, Ingwer, Koriander usw. Alternativ kannst du das Dressing auch durch ein anderes Dressing deiner Wahl ersetzen &#8211; z. Ich bereite beides gerne unterschiedlich zu, um die Konsistenz zu variieren. Ich habe die Avocado und die Ananas in W\u00fcrfel geschnitten, das Kraut geraspelt und aus der Karotte und Zucchini Gem\u00fcsespaghetti zubereitet. Au\u00dferdem forme ich manchmal eine Tomatenrose aus fein geschnittenen Tomatenscheiben (siehe Foto unten).
