Ich habe die Sauce auch Vegetariern und Fleischessern serviert und jeder liebte den Geschmack UND die Textur dieser einfachen veganen K\u00e4sesauce. Das Tapiokamehl (auch Tapiokast\u00e4rke genannt) macht dieses Rezept so besonders, weil es der Sauce die <strong>erstaunliche Elastizit\u00e4t<\/strong> verleiht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"de\">Es macht die vegane K\u00e4sesauce dehnbar und erinnert sogar ein wenig an echten K\u00e4se.
