Falls nicht vorhanden w\u00fcrde auch Knoblauchpulver gehen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Petersilie:<\/strong> Anstelle von frischer Petersilie kannst du auch andere frische Kr\u00e4uter wie Schalotten, Schnittlauch oder Koriander benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Nimm ein beliebiges, neutrales \u00d6l zum Braten der Blumenkohl-Bratlinge. Ich verwende gerne Kokos\u00f6l, aber auch Avocado\u00f6l oder ein leichtes Oliven\u00f6l eignen sich gut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Trockene Zutaten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kichererbsenmehl:<\/strong> Es ist von Natur aus glutenfrei und enth\u00e4lt viel pflanzliches Eiwei\u00df. Hafermehl sollte ebenfalls funktionieren. Auch normales Mehl oder Dinkelmehl sollte gut klappen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Leinsamen:<\/strong> Helfen, die veganen Bratlinge zu binden. Reste lassen sich jedoch (vollst\u00e4ndig abgek\u00fchlt) in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr 4-5 Tage aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Erst abk\u00fchlen lassen und dann auf einem Tablett mit Abstand dazwischen einfrieren. Sobald sie fest sind, in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter geben und bis zu 3 Monate einfrieren. Vor dem Wiederaufw\u00e4rmen \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wieder aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Die knusprigsten Ergebnisse lassen sich erzielen, wenn die Bratlinge in einer Pfanne mit etwas \u00d6l erhitzt werden. Du kannst sie auch im Ofen oder in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse aufw\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n<h2>Servierempfehlungen<\/h2>\n<p>Je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe kannst du diese Kichererbsen-Blumenkohl-Bratlinge als Vorspeise, Snack oder Hauptgericht genie\u00dfen. Wenn der gefrorene Blumenkohl etwas feuchter ist, einfach etwas mehr Mehl zur Teigmasse geben.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie bereite ich die Blumenkohlbratlinge ohne K\u00fcchenmaschine zu?<\/h3>\n<p>Im Prinzip kannst du den Blumenkohl und die Kichererbsen auch mit einem Kartoffelstampfer oder einem \u00e4hnlichen Ger\u00e4t zerkleinern. Achte jedoch darauf, dass du den Knoblauch gut zerkleinerst\/presst. Die Konsistenz wird dann &#8222;st\u00fcckiger&#8220; sein, aber es sollte trotzdem gut funktionieren.<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich die Blumenkohl-Bratlinge backen?<\/h3>\n<p>Du k\u00f6nntest versuchen, die Blumenkohlbratlinge bei 180 \u00b0C etwa 30 Minuten lang zu backen und nach der H\u00e4lfte der Zeit zu wenden. Sie sollten goldbraun sein, wenn sie fertig sind, werden aber nicht so knusprig sein.<\/p>\n<h3>Funktioniert die Zubereitung in der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse?<\/h3>\n<p>Ich habe es bei diesem Rezept noch nicht ausprobiert, allerdings hatte ich mit anderen Rezepten f\u00fcr Gem\u00fcsebratlinge Erfolg. Ich empfehle, den Frittierkorb mit etwas \u00d6l einzuspr\u00fchen und die Bratlinge in einer Schicht auszubreiten, mit etwas Abstand zwischen den einzelnen Bratlingen. Anschlie\u00dfend ca. 18 Minuten lang bei 190 \u00b0C &#8222;frittieren&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h2>Rezept-Anmerkungen und Tipps<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig gro\u00dfe Bratlinge:<\/strong> Wiege die Blumenkohl-Kichererbsen-Mischung ab und teile sie nach Gewicht.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr gef\u00fcllte Blumenkohl-Frikadellen:<\/strong> Ich mache gerne mit K\u00e4se gef\u00fcllte Blumenkohl-Frikadellen, indem ich die H\u00e4lfte eines Patties forme und platt dr\u00fccke, den veganen K\u00e4se in die Mitte gebe, dann mit der restlichen H\u00e4lfte des Patties bedecke und die R\u00e4nder mit den H\u00e4nden verschlie\u00dfe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Mischung darf nicht zu stark zerkleinert werden:<\/strong> Der Blumenkohl sollte eine &#8222;gew\u00fcrfelte&#8220; Konsistenz haben, wobei die Kichererbsen noch etwas Form behalten. Vermeide es, die Masse zu einem Brei zu verarbeiten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mischung zu trocken oder zu feucht:<\/strong> Falls die Mischung zu trocken ist, kannst du etwas von der Kichererbsenfl\u00fcssigkeit (aus der Dose) hinzuf\u00fcgen, um die Bratlinge zu binden.
