Stattdessen kreiere ich meine viel ges\u00fcnderen und dennoch leckeren <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/selbstgemachtes-muesli-granola\/\"><strong>selbstgemachten M\u00fcsliriegel<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/muesliriegel-selber-machen\/\"><strong>Granola-Bars<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0und &#8211; seit Kurzem &#8211; sogar <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/choco-pops\/\"><strong>selbstgemachte Choco Pops<\/strong><\/a>. Wenn ich jedoch Lust auf etwas Dekadentes habe, sind diese Schoko-Haferriegel genau das Richtige f\u00fcr mich!<\/p>\n<p>Im Internet findet man viele Schoko-Haferriegel-Rezepte mit Zutaten wie Zucker, Butter, Wei\u00dfmehl, Kondensmilch und viel Schokolade. Um dein eigenes Hafermehl herzustellen, mahle die Haferflocken in einer Kaffeem\u00fchle\/einem Hochgeschwindigkeitsmixer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene N\u00fcsse\/Kerne:<\/strong> Ich verwende oft gemahlene Mandeln, aber auch andere fein gemahlene N\u00fcsse oder Kerne (Sonnenblumenkerne, Cashewkerne, Haseln\u00fcsse usw.) eignen sich gut und enthalten herzgesunde Fette und pflanzliches Eiwei\u00df. Gemahlene Kokosraspeln sind ebenfalls geeignet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Banane:<\/strong> Bananen sind ein hervorragendes Bindemittel f\u00fcr diese Haferflocken-Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksriegel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup:<\/strong> Oder ein anderes unraffiniertes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel, wie Dattelsirup, Agavendicksaft.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meersalz:<\/strong> Um die S\u00fc\u00dfe auszugleichen und die verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen in den selbstgemachten Schoko-Riegeln zu verst\u00e4rken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Die Schokoladenschicht:<\/h3>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens enth\u00e4lt die Schokoladenschicht in diesen Riegeln, keine geschmolzene Schokolade oder raffinierten Zucker! Vielmehr handelt es sich um eine gesunde (und vielleicht \u00fcberraschende) Kombination aus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bananen:<\/strong> Die geheime Zutat hinter der cremigen Schokoladenf\u00fcllung sind \u00fcberreife Bananen mit vielen schwarzen Punkten, f\u00fcr nat\u00fcrlich s\u00fc\u00dfe Bananen-Haferflocken-Riegel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datteln:<\/strong> Am besten eignen sich weiche Medjool-Datteln, aber auch andere Datteln sind geeignet. Sie sollten vorher 15 Minuten in hei\u00dfem Wasser eingeweicht werden (damit sie leichter p\u00fcriert werden k\u00f6nnen). Andere Trockenfr\u00fcchte wie Feigen oder Rosinen eignen sich ebenfalls (und m\u00fcssen auch eingeweicht werden).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nuss-\/Kernmus:<\/strong> Ich habe Erdnussbutter verwendet, aber jedes Nuss-\/Kernmus ist geeignet. D.h. F\u00fcr eine viel gr\u00f6\u00dfere Form empfiehlt es sich, das Rezept zu verdoppeln.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend alle Teigzutaten in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine zu einem Teig verarbeiten.<\/li>\n<li>Etwa \u00be des Teigs in die vorbereitete Form dr\u00fccken, dabei den Boden eines flachen Glases verwenden, um eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Teigschicht zu erhalten.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die K\u00fcchenmaschine reinigen und die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Schokoladenschicht verarbeiten, bis sie glatt und cremig sind.<\/li>\n<li>Die Schokoladenschicht auf dem Haferteig verteilen, dann die restliche Hafermischung zerbr\u00f6seln und dar\u00fcber streuen.<\/li>\n<li>25-30 Minuten backen, bis die Oberfl\u00e4che goldbraun ist, und dann die Bananen-Riegel vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen (sie werden beim Abk\u00fchlen fester).
