Und ganz ehrlich, wer mag keine cremigen Nudeln? Diese vegane Nudelpfanne war so lecker, deshalb habe ich das Gericht in der letzten Woche gleich mehrmals gemacht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ich habe breite Reisnudeln verwendet, die sich perfekt f\u00fcr dieses Rezept eignen, weil sie so viel von der cremigen Sauce aufnehmen. Diese vegane Nudelpfanne kannst du mit deinem Lieblingsgem\u00fcse zubereiten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ich habe Zucchini, Karotten, Paprika und Zwiebel verwendet. Brokkoli oder Blumenkohl w\u00e4re ebenfalls eine gute Alternative und die Zugabe von scharfer Peperoni ist auch sehr empfehlenswert.
