Ich kann mich gl\u00fccklich sch\u00e4tzen, dass ich eine Kokosnusspalme auf meinem Grundst\u00fcck habe. Kokosn\u00fcsse sind ausserdem vielseitig verwendbar, das Kokoswasser ist sehr lecker, erfrischend und unheimlich gesund. Es ist reich an Mineralien wie Magnesium und Mangan, sowie B-Vitaminen. Das Kokosfleisch enth\u00e4lt ausgesprochen viele Ballaststoffe, Mineralien und Fett und ist sehr n\u00e4hrend und \u00fcberdies lecker. <b>Wolltest du schon einmal Kokosmilch selber machen?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Es ist ganz einfach. Du brauchst lediglich das Kokosfleisch einer braunen Kokosnuss, sowie 750-1000 ml Wasser um Kokosmilch zu Hause herzustellen. Du musst allerdings die braunen (reifen) Kokosn\u00fcsse verwenden und nicht die jungen, gr\u00fcnen &#8222;Thai&#8220; Kokosn\u00fcsse.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Zutaten:<\/h3>\n<p>1 braune Kokosnuss<br \/>\n750-1000 ml hei\u00dfes Wasser<br \/>\nEin Hochleistungsmixer<br \/>\nEin Nusssack oder ein ganz feines Sieb<\/p>\n<p>Gib das Fleisch einer braunen Kokosnuss, sowie 750-1000 ml hei\u00dfes Wasser in deinen Mixer und p\u00fcriere die Zutaten f\u00fcr etwa 5 Minuten.\u00a0 Verwende entweder einen Nusssack oder ein ganz feines Sieb um die Milch abzusieben. Das war es schon, fertig ist deine selbstgemachte Kokosmilch, ohne irgendwelche Zus\u00e4tze, zudem komplett hormonfrei, vegan und super lecker. Kokosmilch selber machen ist doch ganz einfach.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst den Kokosnuss-Trester in dein M\u00fcsli geben oder aber daraus einen Kuchen backen. Es enth\u00e4lt nicht mehr viel Geschmack, allerdings jede Menge Ballaststoffe. Milchprotein besteht zu 87% aus &#8222;Casein&#8220;. Casein ist laut Dr. Colin Campbell das st\u00e4rkste Karzinogen, welches Menschen konsumieren. Weitere Infos dar\u00fcber k\u00f6nnen auf English auf seiner <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionstudies.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Seite<\/a> nachgelesen werden.<\/p>\n<p>2. Normale Milch darf gesetzlich eine bestimmte Anzahl an roten und wei\u00dfen Eiterzellen enthalten (400 Millionen Eiterzellen pro Liter). Auch in Bio-Milch findet man diese Eiterzellen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Milchk\u00fche werden gegen ihren Willen besamt. Sie sind anschlie\u00dfend 9 Monate lang schwanger. Direkt nach der Geburt wird einer Mutterkuh das kleine Kalb gestohlen. Es wird weggebracht, damit das Kleine nicht die Milch trinkt, welches f\u00fcr das Kalb jedoch vorgesehen ist. Dadurch steigt der Profit f\u00fcr die Milchindustrie. Die meisten m\u00e4nnlichen K\u00e4lber werden im jungen Alter f\u00fcr Kalbfleisch geschlachtet.<\/p>\n<p>4. K\u00fche produzieren die Milch nicht f\u00fcr uns Menschen! Wir sind schlie\u00dflich keine K\u00e4lber. Wie alle anderen tierischen Proteine, ist auch Milch sehr s\u00e4urebildend. Kalzium hat die Eigenschaft S\u00e4uren zu neutralisieren. Unsere Knochen sind der Hauptspeicher von Kalzium. Wenn unser K\u00f6rper einen S\u00e4ure\u00fcberschuss hat, greift er auf das Kalzium in unseren Knochen zur\u00fcck, um die S\u00e4ure zu neutralisieren. Das Kalzium verl\u00e4sst unsere Knochen und wird \u00fcber den Urin ausgeschieden. Dementsprechend kommt es zu einem Mangel an Kalzium.<\/p>\n<p>6. Konventionelle Milch, Bio-Milch und alle anderen tierischen Produkte enthalten sehr viele ges\u00e4ttigte Fetts\u00e4uren und Cholesterin. Das Ergebnis sind nicht selten verstopfte Arterien.<\/p>\n<p>7. Milchprodukte enthalten entz\u00fcndungsf\u00f6rdernde Substanzen, sowie Wachstumshormone. Diese k\u00f6nnen die Hautporen verstopfen und zu Akne, Schuppenflechten, Ekzemen und Dermatitis f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>8. Der hohe Fett- Protein- und Hormongehalt in Milchprodukten erschwert eine Gewichtsabnahme. Milch und K\u00e4se, aber besonders Molke erh\u00f6hen die Insulinaussch\u00fcttung nach einer entsprechenden Mahlzeit.<\/p>\n<p>9. Milchprodukte enthalten dar\u00fcberhinaus Laktose (Milchzucker). Sehr viele Menschen haben allerdings eine Laktoseintoleranz und deswegen vertragen viele Menschen Milch gar nicht.<\/p>\n<p>10. Der aus Milch gewonnene K\u00e4se macht s\u00fcchtig! Schuld daran sind Peptide, sogenannte &#8222;Casomorphine&#8220;. Diese entstehen n\u00e4mlich bei der Verdauung von Milchproteinen (&#8222;Casein&#8220;).<\/p>\n<h3>Gesunde Alternativen<\/h3>\n<p>Es gibt wirklich keinen Grund Milchprodukte zu konsumieren, zumal es so viele gesunde und milchfreie Alternativen gibt. Mit meiner Anleitung kannst du ganz einfach Kokosmilch selber machen und genie\u00dfen.
