Mac and Cheese kann man n\u00e4mlich auch problemlos vegan genie\u00dfen!<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Gericht ist alles, was ich mir von einem cremigen Nudelgericht w\u00fcnsche &#8211; s\u00e4mig, reichhaltig, schmackhaft und dennoch \u00fcberraschend nahrhaft.<\/p>\n<p>In der Tat habe ich eine kleine Schw\u00e4che f\u00fcr cremige Nudelgerichte &#8211; wie diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/alfredo-sosse-gesund-vegan-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Alfredo-Blumenkohl-So\u00dfe<\/strong><\/a>, diese <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/nudeln-mit-paprikasosse\/\"><strong>Nudeln mit Paprikaso\u00dfe<\/strong><\/a> oder diese z\u00fcnftigen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/nudeln-mit-knoblauchsosse\/\"><strong>Nudeln mit Knoblauchso\u00dfe<\/strong><\/a>. Die Kombination aus Cashewn\u00fcssen, Hefeflocken und Zitronensaft verleiht der So\u00dfe einen k\u00e4sigen Geschmack, aber ohne tierische Milchprodukte.<\/p>\n<p>Und dann ist da noch der Star dieser veganen K\u00e4se Makkaroni, Tapiokamehl. Ich wei\u00df, du fragst dich wahrscheinlich, was diese Zutat so besonders macht. Nun, diese St\u00e4rke ist es, die der veganen Mac n Cheese Sauce eine \u00e4hnliche, dehnbare Konsistenz verleiht wie einer normalen K\u00e4sesauce!<\/p>\n<p>Traditionell wird dieses Gericht mit Unmengen von K\u00e4se, Butter und Kuhmilch zubereitet. Dieses gesunde vegan Mac and Cheese ist allerdings frei von Milch, <strong>vegan, glutenfrei<\/strong> (je nachdem, welche Nudeln du verwendest), <strong>paleo-freundlich<\/strong> (wenn du Zoodles anstelle von Nudeln verwendest f\u00fcr eine kohlenhydratarme Version) und mit gesunden Fetten hergestellt! Und das alles ohne gr\u00f6\u00dfere Abstriche bei Geschmack oder Textur.<\/p>\n<p>Glaub mir, ich wei\u00df, wie schwer es ist, auf K\u00e4se zu verzichten. Tats\u00e4chlich ist das einer der Gr\u00fcnde, warum ich so viele Jahre lang Vegetarierin geblieben bin (25!), bevor ich 2011 endlich den Sprung zum Veganismus geschafft habe. Ich habe <strong>glutenfreie Nudeln<\/strong> verwendet, mit ausgezeichneten Ergebnissen!<\/li>\n<li>Die vegane K\u00e4se So\u00dfe eignet sich auch bestens f\u00fcr <strong>K\u00e4se Sp\u00e4tzle<\/strong> oder zum \u00dcberbacken von einem <strong>Kartoffelgratin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn du kein Tapiokamehl zur Verf\u00fcgung hast, dann kannst du Maisst\u00e4rke oder <strong>Pfeilwurzelmehl<\/strong> verwenden. Tapioka verleiht der So\u00dfe die herrlich cremige, k\u00e4sige, &#8222;dehnbare&#8220; Textur (und Pfeilwurzel bis zu einem gewissen Grad auch).
