Das hei\u00dft die Pumpkin Bars wandern direkt ins Gefrierfach und nicht in den Ofen. Du wirst dich jetzt vielleicht fragen, ob ein \u201eNo-Bake Dessert\u201c besser ist als ein gebackenes Dessert. Ich w\u00fcrde nicht sagen besser, allerdings ist ein \u201eNicht-Back-Rezept\u201c einfacher und geht meistens nicht schief.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du also Angst vor dem Backen hast und ein K\u00fcrbis-Dessert m\u00f6chtest, probiere auf jeden Fall diesen K\u00fcrbiskuchen mit Schokolade aus. Ich habe dieses vegane Dessert bereits 3 Mal zubereitet, und es kam immer gut an.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser K\u00fcrbis-Schoko-Kuchen wird aus <strong>vollwertigen Zutaten<\/strong> hergestellt. Ich habe sogar das K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree selbst gemacht, was super einfach zu machen ist. Daf\u00fcr muss man einen Hokkaidok\u00fcrbis in Schnitze schneiden, diese dann im Ofen backen bis sie weich sind, danach die Schale entfernen und das K\u00fcrbisfleisch im Mixer zu P\u00fcree verarbeiten. Die Pumpkin Bars m\u00fcssen nicht gebacken werden, sind vegan, glutenfrei, ohne Ei, ohne Milch, ohne raffinierten Zucker und sehr einfach herzustellen. #k\u00fcrbiskuchen #k\u00fcrbisschokokuchen #pumpkinbars #veganesdessert #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/h3>\n<h2>Pumpkin Bars Schritt-F\u00fcr-Schritt<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Schritt 1: Eine Form auskleiden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eine 15&#215;15 cm gro\u00dfe Form (oder \u00e4hnliche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe) mit \u00fcberh\u00e4ngendem Backpapier auslegen (du k\u00f6nntest auch eine runde Springform mit 15-18 cm Durchmesser verwenden).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2: Kuchenboden herstellen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Zutaten f\u00fcr den Kuchenboden in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer) oder in einem Mixer mixen, bis der Teig zusammenklebt, wenn man ihn zwischen den Fingern zusammendr\u00fcckt. Wenn er zu trocken ist, noch ein paar Datteln hinzuf\u00fcgen. Den Teig in der Form verteilen, beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3: K\u00fcrbisf\u00fcllung herstellen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die K\u00fcrbisf\u00fcllung nun in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer) oder einem Mixer p\u00fcrieren, bis alles glatt und cremig ist. Die K\u00fcrbisf\u00fcllung auf dem Kuchenboden verteilen und die Form f\u00fcr etwa eine halbe Stunde in den Gefrierschrank stellen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 4: Schokoladenglasur herstellen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Schokoglasur mit einem Schneebesen in einer Sch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren. Die Glasur auf die K\u00fcrbisf\u00fcllung streichen. Erneut mindestens 2 Stunden bis zum Festwerden einfrieren. Aus der Form l\u00f6sen und in Riegel schneiden. Den K\u00fcrbiskuchen vor dem Servieren auftauen lassen. Die Glasur ist keine feste Schokolade, sondern eher eine Schokocreme\/Schokoladenaufstrich (\u00e4hnlich wie <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganes-nutella-selber-machen\/\"><strong>veganes Nutella<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du eine feste Schokoladenschicht bevorzugst, und dich die zus\u00e4tzlichen Kalorien und das Fett nicht st\u00f6ren, kannst du einfach ein paar Essl\u00f6ffel geschmolzene Kakaobutter oder Kokos\u00f6l zu der Schokoglasur hinzuf\u00fcgen. Einige Hafermarken k\u00f6nnen jedoch Spuren von Gluten enthalten, wenn der Hafer in einer Anlage verarbeitet wurde, die auch Weizen verarbeitet. Wenn du an Z\u00f6liakie leidest, stelle sicher, dass du zertifiziert glutenfreie Haferflocken verwendest.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maulbeeren:<\/strong> Wenn du keine getrockneten Maulbeeren hast, dann verdopple die Menge der N\u00fcsse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Haferflocken:<\/strong> Du kannst die Haferflocken weglassen und stattdessen Mandelmehl oder Kokosmehl verwenden. Wenn du Kokosmehl benutzen m\u00f6chtest, w\u00fcrde ich vorschlagen, nur die H\u00e4lfte der Menge (oder noch weniger) zu verwenden, da Kokosmehl sehr absorbierend ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sonnenblumenkernmus:<\/strong> Ich habe diesen K\u00fcrbis-Schoko-Kuchen mit Sonnenblumenkernmus gemacht, aber du kannst stattdessen auch Mandelmus, Erdnussmus\/Erdnussbutter, Cashewmus oder andere Nussmuse verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creme:<\/strong> Wenn du eine cremige Cashew-Glasur bevorzugst, dann sieh dir mein Rezept f\u00fcr diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kuerbiskuchen-vegan-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>K\u00fcrbiskuchen<\/strong><\/a> an.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glasur:<\/strong> Wenn du eine fettfreie und kalorienarme s\u00fc\u00dfe Glasur m\u00f6chtest, dann solltest du dir auf jeden Fall mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/karottenkuchen-vegan-glutenfrei-rezept\/\"><strong>Karottenkuchen-Rezept<\/strong><\/a> anschauen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wie aufbewahren?<\/strong> Du kannst den K\u00fcrbiskuchen bis zu 3 Monate im Gefrierschrank oder bis zu einer Woche im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren (allerdings sind die St\u00fccke dann recht weich).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14298\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/6-vegan-pumpkin-bar-slices-with-chocolate.jpg\" alt=\"6 St\u00fccke K\u00fcrbiskuchen mit veganer Schokolade\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1201\" data-pin-description=\"Dieser K\u00fcrbis-Schoko-Kuchen mit einer weichen Schokoladenschicht zergeht f\u00f6rmlich auf der Zunge.
