Seitdem sind schon einige meiner Lieblingsrezepte daraus entstanden. Ich habe bereits <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/herzhafte-rote-linsen-muffins\/\">herzhafte rote-Linsen-Muffins<\/a><\/strong>, ein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/eiweissbrot-rezept\/\"><strong>Eiwei\u00dfbrot aus Linsen<\/strong><\/a>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/linsencracker\/\">Linsencracker<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/linsen-eiweissbroetchen\/\">Linsenbr\u00f6tchen<\/a> <\/strong>und sogar <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/waffeln-aus-roten-linsen\/\"><strong>Waffeln aus roten Linsen<\/strong><\/a> gebacken. Jetzt ist dieses Rote-Linsen-Brot an der Reihe.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses einfache Linsenbrot wird mit nur wenigen nat\u00fcrlichen Zutaten und einem Mixer zubereitet. Getrocknete rote Linsen und K\u00fcrbiskerne ergeben ein glutenfreies Brot ohne Mehl, Milch, Getreide, Zucker, \u00d6l, Eier und Hefe. Gleichzeitig ist es reich an pflanzlichem Eiwei\u00df, Ballaststoffen sowie wertvollen Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit rund 16,5 Gramm Eiwei\u00df pro 100 Gramm enth\u00e4lt dieses Linsenbrot etwa doppelt so viel Eiwei\u00df wie herk\u00f6mmliches Wei\u00dfbrot und h\u00e4lt dadurch angenehm lange satt.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Brot aus roten Linsen hat eine weiche, saftige Krume sowie ein mild-nussiges Aroma. Gelbe Linsen funktionieren ebenfalls, braune oder gr\u00fcne Linsen sind jedoch nicht geeignet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00e4ure:<\/strong> Zitronensaft oder Apfelessig aktiviert das Natron.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backtriebmittel:<\/strong> Backpulver und Natron sorgen gemeinsam daf\u00fcr, dass dieses glutenfreie Brot wunderbar locker und fluffig wird.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flohsamenschalenpulver:<\/strong> Verwende unbedingt Pulver und keine ganzen Flohsamenschalen. Es sorgt f\u00fcr Bindung und Struktur im Brot, ganz ohne Mehl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>K\u00fcrbiskerne:<\/strong> Ich nehme rohe, ungesalzene K\u00fcrbiskerne (oder Sonnenblumenkerne). Sie verleihen diesem eiwei\u00dfreichen Brot zus\u00e4tzlich wertvolle N\u00e4hrstoffe und eine tolle Textur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze (optional):<\/strong> Neben Salz empfehle ich Knoblauchpulver und italienische Kr\u00e4uter.
