Vor Kurzem habe ich bereits mein Rezept f\u00fcr weiche <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kichererbsen-pralinen\/\">Kichererbsen Pralinen<\/a><\/strong> geteilt. Jetzt sind diese knusprigen Schoko-Quinoa-Riegel an der Reihe, die aus dunkler Schokolade, Nuss- oder Kernmus und ger\u00f6stetem Quinoa bestehen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste daran? Der Quinoa muss nicht einmal gekocht werden. Beim R\u00f6sten in der Pfanne entwickeln die K\u00f6rner ein wunderbar nussiges Aroma und werden herrlich knusprig. Alternativ kannst du mit vorgepufftem Quinoa Zeit sparen und eine leichtere, knusprigere Textur erzielen (allerdings brauchst du dann mehr Schokolade, damit alles gut zusammenh\u00e4lt).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nussmus oder Kernmus: <\/strong>Ich verwende meist Erdnussmus oder Mandelmus, aber im Grunde funktioniert jedes. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version kannst du Sonnenblumenkernmus oder Tahini nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dunkle Schokolade:<\/strong> Ich verwende am liebsten Schokolade mit mindestens 70 % Kakaoanteil. Du kannst normale oder zuckerfreie Schokolade benutzen. F\u00fcr einen nat\u00fcrlich veganen Snack nehme ich Zartbitterschokolade ohne Milch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Optional. Schon eine kleine Prise hebt den Geschmack der Schokoladen-Quinoa-Riegel hervor.
